I am a Tennant and had a cooker break down on Monday a week before Xmas but Venture got straight onto the problem and it is now Thursday and I have a new cooker in time for xmas thank you so much guys
Also would like to thank Daniel the guy who brought the new cooker and installed it and took away the old one very efficient and polite man

Having recently sold our family home, and unable to find suitable options to move on to, we decided to rent for a period before looking to buy when existing 'Stamp Duty Mania' had cooled down! Now in retirement, we were unused to the pressures and selection procedures that aspiring tenants are placed under these days, and we would have buckled under the strain had it not been for the team at Venture Residential in Luton. We must mention in particular Emma and Lucinda, whose patient voices and friendly guidance through the necessary invasive formalities kept us sane. When we were lost and exasperated in front of a computer we would telephone them, and they reassured us, helping us through the necessary steps. We were complete nuisances, but were fielded with an unusually supportive professionalism on their part. Their help was the greatest enabling factor in getting us through - and we are most grateful.
This firm is very highly recommended.

I was so upset by my encounter with sales progressor that the experience totally over shadowed the positive from the man who showed me the house who gets 5 stars. But due to the unprofessional behaviour and the issue with the keys at the end of the sale I realised Venture did not value my custom they just wanted my cash. It was upsetting to say the least. Being given one key then having to go through the pain of ringing them and they ignored my calls. I had a locksmith due and I needed all the keys and venture did not answer my calls once I made the initial call to say it was not there and confirmed it was not in the house. 30 minutes later 28 calls I was answered and it was noted the keys were in the office they wanted me to come and them after I had to pick them up in the first place. I had to wait another30 minutes for them to arrive.this is just one of the many blunders. Professionalism, common courtesy and human kindness.

We were having quite a few issues with our property. Holly from lettings arranged an inspection and things are starting to get better. She is very professional, helpful and a genuinely lovely person that listened to all our issues and took them all away with her. Now they are beginning to be resolved. We would definitely recommend Holly to help with any issues. She is just a wonderful person. Thank you.

I have left a review previously to say what a great job the guys at Venture did , especially Ashley who did a fantastic job with all viewers and definitely ‘sold’ our house but selling and getting it over the line are two different things however the guys at Venture once again did a great job of this . Once the price was agreed Fay took over the next steps and made sure all the connections between our solicitors and the buyers where joined up and also did a great job in making sure everything went smoothly. We had a very tight timeline which was met ahead of the date we needed . Overall a fantastic service from all at Venture Great, would definitely recommend.

I was introduced to Venture about 12 months ago and I let my property through them. A few months ago I decided to sell my property and the sale was completed 28/10/20.
