Useless, do not actually invest any time or drive to promote properties on their books. They do not keep in contact with homeowners, offer advice or support. It is obvious that they quite frankly do not care one iota about their customers and selling properties in a timely manner. All the way down to poor photography of property, poor and inaccurate description and lack of knowledge about how to sell houses.

Taylors have provided an amazing service, from the first point of contact (Thanks Amir) to continuously keeping us updated until the sale of our property (Thankyou Ian). All staff have great customer service skills ( including Jawad, Adam, sorry can’t remember all the rest- getting a bit old) and always provide a service with a smile. I would definitely recommend them.

JUST AVOID. The most hopeless, disorganised and incompetent estate agent organisation ever. They are truly awful. Never use them. Too many issues to go into here but as a landlord they are appalling and do not earn their money. The local office and people are better than the Countryside organisation but the bar is so low that would only be possible
