Atrocious customer service throughout, cannot recommend to any buyers and would rate 0 if I could. Every person I spoke to over the phone was uninterested and sounded like they couldn’t be bothered to hold a conversation- chewing gum loudly, snorting/coughing into the phone, chatting with colleagues, etc. Every callback that was promised was ignored, every promised email with further details on properties wasn’t sent, and any follow-up had to be chased several times.
I was asked about my preferences and non-negotiables for a house to sign me up to email/phone alerts, but these were completely ignored and I had 100+ alerts over a few weeks about properties I had no interest in. I received several calls about properties I explicitly stated I wasn’t interested in, but they wouldn’t take no for an answer. The same applied to mortgage/budgeting guidance, I had stated several times that I had this already arranged but they insisted on trying to arrange appointments with advisers.
On the rare occasion that I was interested in a property they’d advertised, they never got back to me and the property was sold well before they stopped saying they’d “get back to me” (which they didn’t), despite me calling back 3 times across a week and getting nowhere each time.
Ended up going with another estate agent to purchase a property, who actually wanted to work with their customers.

I am that type of cliente pain the neck as I am a very anxious person and need constant communication and all of them were super understanding, excellent costumer service! The broker Ifzal is the man! I will be forever grateful for all his work and commitment! What a wonderful team of people. They really couldn't do enough for me regarding a difficult family situation. They went above and beyond by making me laugh, as I might have cried. The laziest people I have ever seen. I’ve moved out 1.5 months ago but my deposit is still being processed and not returned to me despite my landlord releasing it. I’ve had to chase them endlessly but still no help. When asked who I could raise a concern to/ speak to their manager I was told they dont have one. I am going to pursue legal options now.

What can I say meet with Adam and Ian to put my house on the market and straight away we felt confident and comfortable that we picked the right estate agents. They both explained anything we needed to know and was honest about what to expect thank you for that guys. The service provided by the Taylors company was most beneficial to me compared to prior companies I had used to try to help my family and I get a property effectively taking an abundance of time and effort before I switched to Taylor which got me my desired house which was bought for a great price, considering the exponential quality my new house inhabits, for my family and I in half the time it took for the prior company to do so. I especially appreciate the supporting services that were provided given they helped filling in paperwork evidently essential to purchase a new house and how greatly the substantial amount of help truly benefited me specifically given by Ian Causton and Amir. Without them and the company I heavily doubt that I wouldn't have gotten the house I intended and aspired to get, ticking off everything on my criteria. A great area, near a park for my children, near stores and a great parking space. Useless, do not actually invest any time or drive to promote properties on their books. They do not keep in contact with homeowners, offer advice or support. It is obvious that they quite frankly do not care one iota about their customers and selling properties in a timely manner. All the way down to poor photography of property, poor and inaccurate description and lack of knowledge about how to sell houses.

David Shepherd in this office is outstanding professional as financial advisor.
I needed good financial advice for both remortgage and equity release. As this is long term decision I needed to ensure that I take the best advice. I wanted as long as possible fixed rate remortgage due to my prospective expectation for interest rate rise and the possibility to overpay when I can, reducing the capital and offsetting this way relatively expensive remortgage if I would have left it to the end of maturity.
David Shepherd did communicate with me in open, knowledgeable and comprehensive way for both the remortgage and equity release, touching all aspects of the deal. He did it in non intrusive way, exhaustively exposing all possibilities which I can choose from. From different lenders and periods comparison, to overall price of mortgage comparison, different criteria for lending, different balances between size of borrowing and risk associated, narrowing down to my wishes.
David Shepherd is familiar with the mortgage products and has the skill to listen the customer and respectively to provide all possible options, leaving you to make an informed choice.

I have got to start by congratulating the Branch Manager, Ian Causton, for his attention to detail, thorough knowledge, and calm, professional approach. Without his leverage in acting with / towards ALL the relevant links in the chain, I have no doubt matters would NOT have been brought to what transpired to be a very satisfactory completion.
Why not 5 stars? I feel there is [as is often the case] a need for some of the negotiation team to learn how to "curb their enthusiasm to CLOSE at all costs" when a customer's SPECIFIC REQUESTS are clear, concise and to the point. Had we been persuaded by some of the patter it may well have cost us severely! My honest advice would be, if your circumstances allow you to, that you stick to your guns on price and don't be persuaded into accepting a short-change deal
That aside, our overall experience is one of satisfaction. Taylors matched our property to the correct client, we got what we wanted and are happy to see a lovely family move into the home which we have enjoyed and grown with for nearly thirty years.

I had the misfortune of reserving a 4 bed New Build home (in High street, Leagrave) through these people. Initially it was all the sweet talking from the sales guy Ian Causton, but as soon as we reserved the property paying £500, he started advertising the property again to potential buyers.
In the meantime I had got the mortgage & help to buy setup. I had already spent money on financial advisers and the mortgage fee.
A couple of days back Ian from this Leagrave branch gave me a call to inform me that they are pulling out of this deal & want to give the plot to someone else... this is not just gazumping but clear case of cheating customers.
These people are extremely unprofessional, rude and greedy. Imagine their greed if they keep marketing properties which are reserved - just to get higher commission !
I have since escalated their unethical practises to their head office. Beware of this con-team !
I'm also considering complaining to the Property Ombudsmen.

Useless if you are a landlord. They don't follow any procedures, which makes dealing with them very difficult. As a result we are having to evict the tenant because of Taylors mistakes. Not very good if your are a tenant either.
I suppose for Taylors they don't care as they already have their fees.
