Called to enquire re a property. Made to feel like a nuisance by the lady who answered the phone who was trying to pressure me into doing a viewing when she knew nothing about my situation/if I was even interested in the property. Passed to her colleague who was extremely sarcastic when I asked him why the vendors were selling.
