After letting from Penny and Lisa for a year up until a week ago, I'd like to say thank you to Fabian Jones who did an exceptional job with the property management of the flat I stayed in and to Jay who was responsible for the end of tenancy viewings which he arranged at suitable times!
There were some issues with the property, however they were for the most part handled with expedience and I was always kept updated on the works. It was great being able to communicate any issues and have them be noted and care being put into resolving them! Thanks and best of luck in the future!

My experience with Penny & Lisa has been wonderful. As it was our first time renting a property in London, my sister and I met Andy at the agency, where he provided us with a great deal of assistance. They are utilising GoodLord for a reference check and rental contract, and since it is a new service for us, we always get prompt replies through email or phone from Andy, Matt and Jay.
Absolutely awesome could not have asked for a more accommodating real estate agent.
Would strongly recommend Penny & Lisa.

PENNY AND LISA have been finding me tenants for my two unfurnished rental flats for about 20 years. All the tenants have been excellent, but the tenants for one of our flats has rented it for 8 years and is now buying the property, so that is a real godsend.
I was reluctant to have the properties managed, but this year, I decided to let Penny and Lisa take control and I am delighted with their administration.
Fabian is a recent addition to their workforce and he is exceptionally conscientious and pleasant.
I would recommend this company without reservation. Its a small outfit and therefore they care and give outstanding service.

Very quick and easy move! We are new to renting and Matt, Andy and the team all helped us very easily. All staff are very professional and friendly as Whenever I phone the agency o get a helpful response straight away. They use Goodlords which organise and do everything for you so we didn’t even need to contact to change gas and utility bills! Any queries or questions we had were taken very seriously and we had clear and helpful recommendations. I am very happy to have come across this agency as it has been very easy for us to start our new renting journey!

We had a very bad experience with this company! A lady called LISA (who is meant to be one of the owners & a Negotiator called Matt was extremely Unprofessional & rude, I was taken to a property where as soon as we walked in had a very strong smell of damp so I naturally had questions which Matt’s response to the questions were “I am not the landlord why are you asking me” from there I knew something wasn’t quite right so I decided to wait until the next day and speak to Lisa, when I mentioned what matt had said and also his rude attitude her response was “you just seem to have a problem with him, Matt is a good employee of mine” then she just had a full blown argument with me but in the end apologised because I mentioned I was going to write this review. They do this job very half heartedly and with extreme bad attitude! Stay away and go to a more professional estate agent! There are plenty around the area.

Awful experience, I had a broken boiler and was without hot water for a month. Compound this with the fact i had a new baby at the time, they lack empathy and respect for their tenants. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, best to avoid and found alternative letting agents.

A TRULY APPALLING EXPERIENCE all round with Penny and Lisa. the management treated me and my flatmate like trash from day one. They only seemed to want your money and didn't care about the issues we had, including mould - which is something that they legally need to deal with. horrible people, very unprofessional and I really advise you all to stay away from Penny and Lisa at all costs, and if you rent a property managed by the m, I would suggest going to do a surprise visit to find out how little work they actually do.

I rented an apartment from that agency for 18 months. Then I received a notice that the landlady is moving back to London and she needs her property for her family. In a week after I moved out, the property was back on the market. It was an entirely unexpected and very negative experience for me. Apart from that case, the rest of my interactions with the agency was ok.

I have got a ultra negative experience with Penny&Lisa. I hired a flat from that agency for 18 months. After that they said that the landlady is moving back and they can't extend the tenancy agreement. In a week time after I left the property, it was back on the market.
I had to rush and find a new property. I had to change school for my daughter.
It looks like a terrible miscommunication. There were no negative feedback while I lived at the flat. I don't understand why they decided to push us out of it that way.

I couldn't be happier. When ever I request assistance it is addressed immediately, equipment is replaced without question. Ann has always been really understanding and helpful, having rented various properties prior to this - they are by far the best letting agent I have experienced in London.

A bizzare experience with this agency. I called to enquire about a rental house and was greeted with a barrage of reasons why she didn't want to show it to me, and why I was going about my search in the wrong way, and how even though I said I would be ready to commit within a week I probably wouldn't. I said thank you and goodbye pretty quickly.
One week later I'd agreed a rental on another house in the same street with a different agent. I notice that the one I wanted to view is still on the market and has just been substantially reduced.
