After letting from Penny and Lisa for a year up until a week ago, I'd like to say thank you to Fabian Jones who did an exceptional job with the property management of the flat I stayed in and to Jay who was responsible for the end of tenancy viewings which he arranged at suitable times! There were some issues with the property, however they were for the most part handled with expedience and I was always kept updated on the works. My experience with Penny & Lisa has been wonderful. As it was our first time renting a property in London, my sister and I met Andy at the agency, where he provided us with a great deal of assistance. They are utilising GoodLord for a reference check and rental contract, and since it is a new service for us, we always get prompt replies through email or phone from Andy, Matt and Jay.
