We’d been renting with Bennett Mason for nearly 6 years. Renting in London can be a real hassle but with Alex managing our property it was stress free. Always responsive and on top of things, any maintenance issues we faced during these 6 years were taken care of promptly.
I would not hesitate recommending Bennet Mason and Alex for a quality tenancy experience.

We've been renting with Benett Mason for six years in a row and we couldn't be happier. Throuhought our tenancy period, Alex was the most helpful and responsive agent we've ever encountered.
Any issues with the flat were dealt with promptly and efficiently. And our requests for improvements in the flat were also met making our stay even more enjoyable.
You cannot go wrong with Alex and Benett Mason- highly recommended.

Received excellent service from Bennett Mason.
My emails were promptly responded to and any issues were dealt with quickly.
Upon moving in, the flat had received a deep clean and new carpets had been fitted.
Bennett Mason also managed to get the landlord to provide an underground parking space free of charge, which was a huge bonus for a London based flat.

We’ve never had any problems with finding tenants, who have always been of a good calibre. Alex worked extremely hard on our sale which, through no fault of his own, was very complicated. With his support we completed successfully.

I bought my flat a few years ago from Bennett Mason, and had a trouble free experience. However I recently discovered that they had been advertising my flat ‘for sale’ again for the last few months without my knowledge, at a very attractive price. I assume they were doing this to drum up business. So beware - that property you are interested in may not actually exist....

Bennett Mason, and in particular Alex, provided an excellent service to us as tenants. We stayed in one of their managed properties for over 2 years and communication with the agent was excellent. If we did need a small job doing like fixing items or a broken toilet or re-sealing the shower Alex ensured that emails were answered quickly and problems dealt with in 24 to 48 hours. I would recommend anyone to use their service and rent from Bennett Mason.
