Michele is an outstanding estate agent. I liked him immediately and really appreciated his honesty and advice. I felt that transparency was a much higher priority at Michael Morris than at any other estate agency with which I had interacted. Michele's knowledge of the flat he sold to me was excellent. He could answer most of my questions right away and would always look into the trickier questions. He showed me the flat multiple times and when my wife visited the UK he showed us again. This had a huge impact on how comfortable we, as first time buyers, were with the purchase. The process of buying a flat was very long due to a variety of factors. Michele actively managed the process and did not allow it to stall unnecessarily. I highly recommend Michele to buyers and sellers alike. First time buyers should view a property with Michele to experience what it is like to be shown a property without any pressure and the right amount of relevant info.... Read more

The nicest estate agents in London! Everything about my experience as a tenant with Michael Morris so far has been excellent. From moving in (when Michele went out of his way to give me an extra viewing of the flat, and advice re where to park on moving day) to raising issues (Claudia sent a handyman over within 12 hours!), the team really go above and beyond. They actually look after their tenants, which I am so grateful for, and is often an unusual experience when renting. I’ve lived in London for the past six years, and renting with Michael Morris was by far the best estate agent I’ve experienced. It can be nerve-wracking to property search in this city, so having such warm and friendly agents to help me was a massive relief. Claudia - the letting manager who managed my flatshare for 2yrs - was particularly wonderful; any problems such as blockages or leaks were dealt with within 24hrs. Michael Morris is a rare thing in the estate agent world - dealing with them you feel like a person rather than just a sale or a buyer. Absolutely brilliant estate agents. I rented with them for over 8 years and never had any issues. If there was anything wrong e.g. boiler broke, Claudia the Lettings Manager would have someone out within 24 hours to fix it for us. In fact, even things that weren't urgent were dealt with in amazing time. Friendly, warm service, and good attention to deal with clients. There is a personal approach to them I have not experienced with any other agent. I highly recomend Michael morris we are renting from them for 5 years now and if we decide to move we will get advise from them again. when we oved our flat was having some renovations and they allowed me to chosse the tipe of lighting i would like!!! that was tje 1st clue that we where dealing with the right people. we had a problem with the boiler withing 15min there was an electrician to look and fix it. and recently our washing machine broke on a friday evening and a new one replaced it. and fully working on saturday morning!!! if this is not an efficient company I dont know what is it! special thank you to Michele he is our hero!!!... I have dealt with some really unreasonable lettings agencies in the last but Michael Morris have been really good. When I had a problem with the boiler I called them at 11 o'clock at night and they picked up the phone and assured me they would have it fixed the next morning and they did! Totally professional and a 100% Honest. Very hard to find agents like them in this day and age. I was recommended by a friend to use Michael Morris Estate Agents to rent a flat and they were amazingly really good ! I was surprised how easy they made the process and how honest they were compared to other Estate Agents in terms of not charging extra fees. They went the extra mile in terms of arranging viewings to suit my night time job and ironed out all the little issues between me and the landlord. I suppose one criticism I can say was that the tea wasn't hot the 2nd time I went in to sign up apart from that they were brilliant.... Read more

Typical dishonest cowboy letting agent. Dont let the fake smiles and 'friendly' staff fool you. Especially that of Claudia Monticello. We rented through Michael Morris for a year, and would never use or recommend them again. Its such a huge shame that letting agents can't just be honest, decent people. These are greedy people riding (and driving) the wave of astronomical house and rental prices, with no dignity whatsoever. Just beware, and ensure everything is writing. photograph the property the day you move in, and highlight any discrepancies with the itinerary immediately!... Read more
