I feel that achieving the best price for my property didn’t matter to the agent and as soon as I advertised with Binks & Brown they gradually dropped the price for my property well below its lowest current value and I was not happy about that as I think there is a difference between reducing a property price in a difficult market and trying to sell it for next to nothing just to get a deal.
Also, once a potential buyer came along my property was removed from the market without my agreement although they hadn’t even sold their house and this could have potentially stopped someone else who perhaps would have been financially ready from buying it. I would not recommend nor go back to their services to sell my property and it’s now back on the market with a different agent as the potential buyer couldn’t afford it in the end as expected.... Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
