Colubrid are amazing at what they do!!
We foolishly went with another estate agent to sell our house, it was on the market with them for 10 weeks with only 5 viewings that we did ourselves. We only saw them when they took the photos, and gave us excuse after excuse why people weren’t looking to buy!
I noticed a lot of colubrid boards on houses, and 95% were sold, so we took a chance and went with them. Our house was sold within 9 days!!! They kept us up to date with everything and how many people they had interested in viewing. They certainly know their stuff. I would highly recommend them to whoever is after selling their house.

Such a professional team, organised and managed well. Everyone has their own part in the process. Andrew was great, down to earth, likeable and took great photos of my house. House was on Rightmove almost straight away. Keely rang to check I was okay throughout and even offered to print paperwork. Maya in sales was superb, she told me she’d work so hard to sell the house and she did. Josh was knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Once it sold, Rob updated me most days and when he was on holiday, Lisa text and emailed all the way up to moving day, where she then kept chasing solicitors to confirm completion. It was such a stressful process for me, moving house, by myself but the team deserve to be recognised for the amazing job they did. Thank you all so much. Jaime from Hemley Road.

We bought our house through Colubrid a few years ago and had such a good experience that we knew the only people we would look at when selling was Colubrid.
The whole team have been amazing, Andrew, Josh, Bradley, Taylor and Maya have been a pleasure to deal with. They managed to sell our house within 12 days of it going up online - amazing!
