We are so lucky we found Bonsors as our first choice for business property values.
My landlord asked for a rise to the rent. Mr Andrew Pollard is very professional and helpful with the situation. Without his help, I would not have reached a consensus with the landlord to a price that both of us are satisfied with.

I have had recent dealings with this company. I was ready to sign the contract when a deed of variation prevented me from exchange of contracts. My mortgage company refused to lend with this deed in place.
Since then Bonsors Estate Agents have been telling prospective buyers that I couldn't afford to buy it! This is completely untrue. Stay away from this company. They will tell you anything for a sale.

We recently commissioned a commercial property valuation in the area. The request was take on with a sense of urgency and managed with accuracy and responsiveness. Then after, all aspects of valuation from start to finish were handled with professionalism, high-quality and sensitivity. Much appreciated. Our thanks goes to Mr Pollard. We will be going back and recommend others to do same if looking for a first rate service.

Having initialy instructed Andrew Pollard a few years ago to review and negotiate a rent review on a property in Cheam I was very pleased and surprised as the result of Andrews efforts was better than I could have anticipated.
I have since instructed Bonsors to rent out property and during this time I have recieved some very good timely advice and always kept up to speed with potential tenants. I would definitely recommend.

Bonsors manage our mixed office and residential building and their service is superb. Andrew Pollard is calm and unflappable and has solutions to whatever comes along. The accounts department is prompt with the rent account and the staff are all polite and cheerful.
