It took a while but we eventually got there. Georgina was really helpful and knew what was going on. She helped us find ways to fulfill the requirements of our application or at least directed us to someone who could help.
But, when Georgina went on a vacation there was some other staff member who would mistakenly give us the wrong information when we asked about updates about the property or what the process was for our paperwork and background check, she didn’t seem to know what the correct procedure was. This caused us a lot of stress because we had to find solutions on our own because we kept hitting only dead ends with her or the advice she would give. We don’t know if that lady was just new or of there was some other sort of communication problem.
Luckily, when Georgina came back everything was sorted out alright and the turnover of the property went smoothly. Jason and George were also quite helpful and would be able to run us through certain procedures without problems and would give us useful information about our application and landlord. We are now happily settled in our new home.

I have used Gascoinge Pees Lettings for some years now. First came across Jason, the manager, when he was with another company and I have to say his leadership within the company does show. It is important for a landlord to know that their agents work tirelessly in the interests of both the Landlord and the tenant. The Landlord need good tenants that have been vetted ad the tenant needs to be sure that he is getting a good property and fair Landlord. Gascoigne Pees does this job very well indeed. Building up a professional relationship is very important and I feel at home with this team. My main interactions with the team have been with Jason, Georgina and George who have never let me down in the tenant find process. To give you an example of how proactive they are I normally use two agents and I tell them both a property is coming up and when it will be vacant from (If not quite ready for renting) and every time the Gascoigne Pees team have been up first and had viewings and offers in. Well done guys... always great when I speak to you and have a property come up for you.

Worst experience ever when we dealt with this estate agent for a purchase. They didn't seem interested to show us the place. Arrived quite late maybe hoping we will cancel, it felt rushed and unhelpful.
When dealing with the purchase process, which was already difficult on its own, the quality of their communication was poor. They probably think all potential buyers are stupid. When we found some issues with the property from the survey, they will try to convince us with responses which may benefit their client but clearly not the buyer, insisting so much it became irritating. Avoid if you can.

I have had a terrible experience trying to buy a property through them. They misled both the seller and myself. No response to calls or emails and then our agent disappeared and replaced with another one. At the end my purchase failed because of them. No professionalism. If you did not have another choice but work with them, make sure you get confirmation in writing for everthing they say.

Rented a property through Lettings Agent GEORGINA. Very shocked to see any recommendations below and believe they’re likely fake reviews. Misold a flat which stank of smoke, none of the blinds worked so we had no privacy (even in the shower). Georgina told us the previously tenants had sold drugs out the flat ???? Nothing was ever done to assist. They’re inhumane, disgusting Charletons. Many need to retake their GCSEs.

We have just completed our move into a rental property and this was done via Gascoigne-Pees in Kingston. This is a temporary move due to our own home becoming uninhabitable which also meant we had to do things as quickly as possible.
From start to finish the team at Gascogne-Pees have been great and Georgina Claiden in particular. Georgina has acted professionally and in a very friendly manner throughout this whole process. If ever we called and she was not available for any reason, she would always call us back as soon as possible.

And especially Philip Mack , the manager, who was very friendly, helpful, always contactable, professional and put in so much effort to make a successful sale happen. I moved out from the apartment few weeks ago and I really need my deposit money back and they NEVER ANSWER! I emailed twice and always automatic replies! so I called and this man said "I'm not the person who's in charge", what a helpful answer for the customer. And they replied to my flat mate that they are taking 650 pounds for CLEANING and REDECORATING the apartment. We already spent 280 pounds to cleaning company to clean our flat and they are cleaning the flat again with our deposit money. This means that they didn't check the flat after cleaning. Also, when we moved in to that flat, all of the door handles were broken, floor was dirty, and the light bulb went out very quickly. Why all of sudden redecorating? It wasn't redecorated when we moved in. The worst experience ever in UK.

Terrible, terrible, terrible....really really bad ! There isn't enough I can write to express how bad these people are and specifically Daniela Ghita, she is rude, unprofessional, abrasive and unpleasant. All they care about is the landlords and money, so if your a tenant stay away, far far away. They charged us incorrectly, there were mistakes in the contract, she was very rude to my girlfriend and generally just horrible to deal. Lastly now we have left the rental property and in dispute with the landlord, she tries to completely was her hands of the situation and take zero responsibility, aside from also completely siding with the landlord of course. NEVER NEVER AGAIN !!

Worst ever agency!! Do not go there. Very unprofessional in dealing with tenants. The team I had deal with in 2012 was horrible. I had to ask for all the payment receipts, all documentation for the property. They were not at all helpful. NO wonder the team was completely replaced. The new team may be better, but I would certainly not go to them again ever.
Rented a property in 2012 and left it last month. The parent company "Countrywide" still squabbling about the deposit. Taking ages to return the deposit even after given all information to them. Agh! so frustrating.

After the worst experiences with other leading agencies it was such a relief dealing with Gascoigne Pees Kingston.
Everything was so organised and their approach is so professional; they don't try to push you into a property that's not right just for the sake of making a deal. The best thing about this office is everyone knows what is going on, so you can call anytime and someone will be able to help, unlike many other agents.
Their follow up after service is brilliant too and I have been made to feel like my custom is important to them!
I Would use them Again and Highly recommend them.
