We can’t fault the experience we had selling our property with Bradley James. Brad was enthusiastic about the property from start to finish and we could trust the sale was in good hands with him. His valuation was spot on and we accepted an offer within 2 weeks of going on the market. Following the offer being accepted, Paige proactively kept us updated as to the status of solicitors etc throughout. If we ever had any questions Paige was incredibly helpful and would respond extremely quickly - we started going straight to Paige rather than our solicitor when we wanted updates as she was the person in the whole process who was most informed as to what was going on! We would absolutely use Bradley James again if we were to sell our next property in the future. Thank you so much Brad and Paige for giving us such a smooth experience ????

I can’t recommend Bradley James Estate Agents highly enough.
My house was previously listed with 2 other estate agents and over 2 years they only booked a handful of viewings.
Brad booked over 20 viewings and my house was sold within a couple of months. He attended every viewing and was always friendly and professional.
Nothing was too much, they took the stress away from me.
I am so grateful to Brad and Paige and wish them every success in the future, they fully deserve it.

The process of purchasing our house was made less stressful by estate agents as we received regular updates with information regarding purchase.
On completion I've been met at the agreed time for key collection.
Afterall a fantastic service provided, I would definitely recommend using them if you're selling a property and if you're on the lookout for a house to purchase make sure to take a look at their Facebook page as they jave great photos, descriptions and videos of the houses they are selling!

We can’t thank Bradley and Paige enough for helping us with the purchase of our first home. They made the whole process really great and were so helpful with any enquiries we had. Their response time to messages was fantastic and they never left us waiting long for a response to our enquiries.
The whole process was sorted quite quickly and that was down to you pushing along our solicitors for us. You also kept us up to date on a regular basis so we were constantly in the loop.
We also received a lovely card and gift when we picked up the keys which was a lovely surprise that we didn’t expect but was lovely.

I don’t normally leave many reviews, but credit where it is due. These guys are the best estate agents I had experiences with in the Spalding and surrounding areas. I viewed lots of properties with many different agents and most of them had severe communication and lack of knowledge issues. If you want an estate agent that works really hard for their money then I would highly recommend them. From the very beginning to the very end, I can’t fault them. Very communicative and helpful throughout. There was a few purchase bumps in the road, mainly solicitor issues amongst others, which they helped deal with promptly. Brad went out of his way to help us in viewing many different properties. As we were moving from Hampshire to the Peterborough area we were not knowledgeable about the area at all. Brad's Knowledge of the area's and his knowledge about the business he has been in for many years was beyond the norm. He even drove us around to show us the local areas, shops, dog walks etc etc. Brad is completely trustworthy he doesn't hide anything from you and is completely honest. My satisfaction with the business only improved once Bradley took over; his ability to combine personability with professional competence was astounding.
