Cubitt and West - and especially Sayde I could not recommend highly enough, from the minute Sayde entered our property you could tell he was a professional, his communication was excellent, quoting us a sale figure backed up with evidence of the current market conditions, we trusted him instantly. He was true to his word and sold our property above the price quoted on his initial visit. This was my first time buying a property, and from the moment I made an offer I realized that I had been lied to from that very first viewing. This continued all through the very long process of trying to buy the property. Every time I questioned something I was made to feel stupid, or the agent just kept talking around the answer without actually giving the answer. Ive now ended up with a property filled with previous owners stuff, and a bunch of expensive problems. I can take some of the blame as I didn't know what to look for.
