Cubitt and West - and especially Sayde I could not recommend highly enough, from the minute Sayde entered our property you could tell he was a professional, his communication was excellent, quoting us a sale figure backed up with evidence of the current market conditions, we trusted him instantly. This was my first time buying a property, and from the moment I made an offer I realized that I had been lied to from that very first viewing. This continued all through the very long process of trying to buy the property. Every time I questioned something I was made to feel stupid, or the agent just kept talking around the answer without actually giving the answer. Ive now ended up with a property filled with previous owners stuff, and a bunch of expensive problems. I can take some of the blame as I didn't know what to look for.
