We could not have asked for better support in what turned out to be a long and complicated sales process.
The team at the Preston Park branch were fabulous. Toby was our initial contact, advising us on asking price and then arranging viewings and securing a buyer. He immediately made us feel confident and included in the process. We had complete faith in him. As such, we were a little nervous when we were moved to the sales progression team. Pleased to say that our concerns were unfounded. Holly Davis was superb from day 1. She kept us informed throughout and formed a bridge between us and the buyer- her reassurance and support was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Brand and Vaughan . Thank you so much for getting us to the finish line!

Brand Vaughan team Preston Park were excellent to deal with when selling my home. They were very communicative and didn’t make me feel like my sale was just another number on their targets board. Prior to going on the market the team all came to see the house and had through information sheets, so no matter which member of the team did the viewing, they all were able to answer prospective buyers questions about the property. The photos (which were not an additional cost like some estate agents!) were fantastic and high quality. Selling through Brand Vaughan was a great choice and I would definitely recommend using them!

Brand Vaughan Preston Park and the team were a fantastic choice of estate agents. The ladies who conducted the viewings were very professional. Kate was really on the ball throughout the offer phase, and Chloe was truly dedicated through progression and to completion. And all with a sense of humour! Extremely disappointed to see BV had listed my house for sale without my instruction. I'm sure it will be blamed on a clerical error, but how on earth can this happen. Someone should own up, sort it out, prevent a repeat and call me back to explain and apologise. I'm still waiting for the call. Shoddy, unprofessional and unacceptable. Caveat emptor.

Rating a single star is generous. I am appalled at the incompetence, lack of communication and sheer disregard demonstrated at BV. I have known David Vaughan who started the company for more than a decade, sold several properties with the help of him and his team so thought it would be wise to keep using them. I was sadly mistaken as BV is certainly not the client focussed award winning agency it once was now that David Vaughan has moved on and established Aston Vaughan —- As I write this I am still waiting more than 5 weeks for BV to reply to emails regarding my property seemingly now held hostage. Do not use this agency as it does not value ones business and the sheer disregard for myself and my most valued asset, my home, is disgraceful. I,certainly, after my current ongoing experience would not sell nor have them rental manage anything ever as it’s an utter shambles.

This proved to be a very protracted sale as a result of issues relating to the freeholder and their solicitor holding up matters and various other factors beyond the control of our estate agents and ourselves. However throughout the process Brand Vaughn remained on top of the situation and eventually the sale was concluded to everyone's satisfaction and relief.
