Brett Property were a bit of a mix really. They overvalued the property, but there are a lot of issues in the area related to changes to council tax etc, which have flooded the market. They did a good job with advertising the property, but I note their presence on X (Twitter) has not been updated, so I assume they're only on Instagram, this was despite them saying they had a good social media presence. The video tours were a nice addition and set them apart. The email communication was very prompt and helpful, but I found the format of the emails not very user friendly, everything was an attachment and email said please see attached.... Read more

From seller's point of view, Alex's valuation was accurate and realistic, and his knowledge of the local market exemplary. Ellie was excellent, super-efficient with frequent updates and always contactable. Communication declined later in the process when another employee took over the file. However, out of all the estate agents I have dealt with over the years in Pembrokeshire, I would recommend Brett as ethical, expert and the definitely the best choice.... Read more

Absolutely Unreliable I called to rent a house and they told me I can't, unless I have a viewing. Despite me explaining my situation that I will have to travel for 5hours, I was rudely told that I have to make arrangements and have the viewing, if I want to rent it. Since I was in a hurry, I said alright and arranged the booking and my schedule in order to travel. However, they called me at 4 in the afternoon that they let the house to someone else with no excuses or politeness and informed me that I can go view other houses!! As if I will have any kind of arrangement with them again!! I was deceived to believe that the flat was available and in a matter of hours it was let whilst I was told to "make arrangements" and have the viewing! Absolutely and utterly unreliable! Such a loss of time and money.... Read more

Overall a poor experience - communication was non-existent, only updates we ever got were when we rang them. Estage agent also director of development company of property we were purchasing although always denies knowing what was going on, and stated he only found out today that the developers were pulling out and asking for another 40k despite us waiting for nearly a year (7 months overdue) for the property to be finished - how he only found out the day we are all told is astonishing. Now after nearly a year of putting our life on hold waiting for the house, they change the terms, not considering the financial impacts on anyone but themselves - I am heavily pregnant and have two kids who have spent the last 10 months excited to move in. Zero notice given that there were costing issues, just all of a sudden pull out and ask for 40k more.... Read more

The letting agent is EXTREMELY rude, and treats all of us renters like we’re less than human. She seems to enjoy the fact that she has power over other people. She has been horrible to me in every dealing I have had with her. I have to keep being polite though because Brett Property have so many places round here I worry I won’t find anywhere else to live. The letting agent is possibly the rudest most vindictive “human” I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Rude and short tempered in every dealing I have had with her. I honestly wonder how she retains a job in which she has to deal with the public. I really DO NOT recommend dealing with this estate agent. Unfortunately they have somewhat of a monopoly on the Milford Haven rental market, otherwise I would have left this property and moved on long ago. The way they treat their tenants is DISGUSTING. To be fair, the other members of the team have seemed personable and professional, it is unfortunately their head of leggings that is letting the side down, and quite considerably at that.... The start was good Alex was fast to come round and he made very good photos for the sale of the Flat. The Flat had an offer with in a week. The end off the sale which took 4months Alex was doing quite a few phone calls to try and get it finished which was good of him The reason not 5 stars is when everything was exchanged he didn’t go to Tenby to give the new client the key of the Flat they had to drive to Milford Haven to pick it up this I found not professional considering they had just been paid £1200 for the sale just a little more off an effort there would have been nice...
