6th Nov 2023 (10 mo. ago)My partner and I had nothing but bad experiences from Crook & Blight. We were desperate to get into the property we had been accepted as my partner has a very important surgery in a week and we wanted to be in our first property together. However, Crook & Blight did absolutely everything to prevent this from happening. They were very poor with their communication, they had every excuse under the sun for not letting us in which included staff having annual leave and basic gas and electric checks not being certified which meant they couldn’t guarantee the properties safety even though we had already agreed to move. We pushed them to the point where we said we would clean the property ourselves instead of the landlord hiring a professional cleaner but even then there was no movement. We were then told the landlord has rescinded our application and that we would no longer move in. My partner and I are both autistic and this was particularly distressing as well as the lack of support from the estate agents to help us find a home pre surgery. I would recommend you stay as far away from Crook & Blight as possible.

21st Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)From seller's point of view, Alex's valuation was accurate and realistic, and his knowledge of the local market exemplary. Ellie was excellent, super-efficient with frequent updates and always contactable. Communication declined later in the process when another employee took over the file. However, out of all the estate agents I have dealt with over the years in Pembrokeshire, I would recommend Brett as ethical, expert and the definitely the best choice.

16th Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Lara has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We are purchasing a property through West Wales and from day one Lara has kept us fully up to date. Our own Estate Agents and Solicitors never updated us and didn't really seem to have a clue what was going on but Lara has been ringing around people constantly chasing things up and also helping to calm me down when it all got too much for me! As much as I'm glad the whole process is coming to an end I'll miss chatting with Lara as she really is such a lovely lady and knows how to make you feel better. Lara has gone way above her job role to help us out and I'll be forever grateful for the help and support she has given to us. I highly recommend West Wales and if we ever were to move house again they would be the first place I would go to. Thank you so much Lara. West Wales are lucky to have you! ??
