I used BH to buy & sell & lost money through their incompetence and poor record keeping. They cut corners and were extremely rude to me on the phone, shouting when I questioned a decision. That decision lost me £5k. I would never, ever recommend BH, or Haart (one of the largest estate agents in the country). I reported them to The Property Ombudsman who upheld my complaint.
