The staff at Atkinson Stilgoe have always been friendly and professional. We have used Steve three times now for mortgage support which has been very valuable- he has been able to offer impartial advice and help us to better understand mortgages etc. Which has helped us to not only get the best deals when remortgaging but to get the mortgage which is best for us. We have just sold our house with AS thanks to Jacob and the team who got us lots and lots of viewings on our home and drummed up a lot of interest over the few weeks that it was on the market. We have also viewed homes with them and again were very happy with the service that we received especially from Lucy. Beth was always super helpful throughout our selling/viewing journey and always very kind and patient :)

Why is there not an option to choose NO STARS.?
I have sold many houses through many different agents over the past 30 years. Atkinson Stilgoe (Connells) Kenilworth have been the worst to deal with, by a huge margin. Time restricts me in telling you how inept they are.
It took them weeks to put the house on the market. We paid extra to have a professional brochure but ended up rewriting the text and taking the photographs ourselves. Even after three attempts floor plans were not drawn correctly. Calls not returned, etc etc useless!!!! AVOID. Now they are trying to sue us,so I am saving the best for the Court.

We rate Atkinson Stilgoe Estate Agents at Kenilworth as one star because we have no option to choose ZERO star.

The experience with this agency was terribly bad. They tried to force you to buy a property and put high pressure on you through non-existing other potential buyers. If you did not buy, will block you to view any other properties to be sold by this agency. They will also not to take your offers to other properties on sale by this agency and pass to the vendors. Basically they will break the link between you and the vendors which is extremely bad for both the sellers and the buyers. Do not try to buy properties from this agency, very important, we will definitely NOT to sell our properties through this agency because they will kick off the potential buyers under the circumstance you have to sell your property slowly or at poor price.

Our friends recommended using the Connels mortgage broker service to help remortgage and I'm extremely glad they did. Max went above and beyond from the very first phone call, answering any questions I had and always putting my mind at ease. Max was extremely professional throughout the whole process, one which was made harder due to covid restrictions. 10/10 service and would recommend to anyone wanting a mortgage broker.
