My brother contacted someone in your company and he had not heard back from yourselves so I rang and left my details and still no 1 updated us. He was assured an agent would assist him in securing a property but no 1 contacted him. You should not get the hopes of someone so vulnerable up like that, simply not fair and no reason for such blatant discrimination !

Ineffective and uncommunicative estate agents whose inefficiency cost us an extra £1200. Just sold a house via Atkinson Stilgoe (AS) - Kenilworth. Would recommend avoiding their services. AS are focused on getting the instruction and selling Connells related services; then they will leave you to it for the rest of the process and hope for the best. Initially viewings were slow and there was no evidence of a proactive approach to marketing. After a price reduction we eventually received an offer, which was less than asking price - we went with this due to time pressures and because we were told no chain was involved. From here until completion our experience was poor and only went further down hill. There is no dedicated member of staff to progress the sale and thus it is entirely up to the vendor to move things along. Also in our experience members of staff at AS are laissez-faire and on a number of occasions we were told that they are only there to 'pass messages along'. We discovered close to the point of exchange that there was in fact a chain beneath us, despite what we had originally been told, which elongated and complicated the process. In the end we completed at 5pm and incurred additional removals fees of £1200 because no-one at the AS branch had managed the chain and they did not have a grip on the situation. Indeed until we called them on the day of completion we had heard nothing from them about the arrangements for depositing keys etc. Overall, there is no recognition among the sales team at AS that the vendor is the fee-paying client who expects more customer service than simply listing property on a website. For this reason we would not recommend selling your house through AS Kenilworth.

The staff at Atkinson Stilgoe have always been friendly and professional. We have used Steve three times now for mortgage support which has been very valuable- he has been able to offer impartial advice and help us to better understand mortgages etc. Which has helped us to not only get the best deals when remortgaging but to get the mortgage which is best for us. We have just sold our house with AS thanks to Jacob and the team who got us lots and lots of viewings on our home and drummed up a lot of interest over the few weeks that it was on the market. We have also viewed homes with them and again were very happy with the service that we received especially from Lucy. Beth was always super helpful throughout our selling/viewing journey and always very kind and patient :)

Why is there not an option to choose NO STARS.?
I have sold many houses through many different agents over the past 30 years. Atkinson Stilgoe (Connells) Kenilworth have been the worst to deal with, by a huge margin. Time restricts me in telling you how inept they are.
It took them weeks to put the house on the market. We paid extra to have a professional brochure but ended up rewriting the text and taking the photographs ourselves. Even after three attempts floor plans were not drawn correctly. Calls not returned, etc etc useless!!!! AVOID. Now they are trying to sue us,so I am saving the best for the Court.

We rate Atkinson Stilgoe Estate Agents at Kenilworth as one star because we have no option to choose ZERO star.
The experience with this agency was terribly bad. They tried to force you to buy a property and put high pressure on you through non-existing other potential buyers. If you did not buy, will block you to view any other properties to be sold by this agency. They will also not to take your offers to other properties on sale by this agency and pass to the vendors. Basically they will break the link between you and the vendors which is extremely bad for both the sellers and the buyers. Do not try to buy properties from this agency, very important, we will definitely NOT to sell our properties through this agency because they will kick off the potential buyers under the circumstance you have to sell your property slowly or at poor price.
