This agency and landlord should be striked off letting to students...For exploitation. Agents do not address any issues. Students told to fix the problem themself..Son had no heating and a repeated mould problem for his duration of stay that had obviously been repeatedly painted over by the owners before we had moved our son in... I personally made a complaint with a stupid response.Told to open the window.Also given the name of a product to wash the mould with... Charged 75.00 per student per room for cleaning after leaving..300.00 for a small house?Claiming professional.. A absolute cheek considering the living conditions with no heat and mould. They do have a cleaner who comes in once a week.And she brings her 2 children.Very professional. Agent never pick up their phone.Son in their office 3 times and still never a result.. House very low standard.Plastic paper cracked coverings on kitchen cabinets.Bathroom all patched up with filler.Grubby bath and shower. No locks on bedroom doors. Students left vulnerable. We only rented this room at last resort..But had every intention leaving at end of contract. First time landlord with student accommodation and will not be recommended on student listings. Haart agency did not even accept a complaint when my son complained about the other students making mess.I even complained. The landlord should be striked off for letting to students.And Haart agency are incompetent dealing with students.Always talking about saving the landlord money fix the problem yourself.If can't, get back to us but still nothing done about it. Worst agency I have dealt with having been dealing with student accommodation for 10 years with my older kids.. Haart in Fishponds need to Stick to buying and selling...As they are very unprofessional at managing properties..And lazy staff who never answer their phones or address complaints professionally. In order to retain the contract with the landlord and cost them little money for any repairs they prefer to treat their tenants appallingly...And no doubt because they are students.. Do not recommend Haart agency Fishponds.If looking to rent.... Read more
