11th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)Greedy!! Cheap!! Unprofessional!! Unethical!! The Agency is very cheap and greedy. They don't give the property in clean and maintained way and expect tenant to manage and keep it maintained. An example is attached. This is how they have handed over the garden at the time I moved-in to property. I have raised concerned before tenancy process, over the phone, Justine has agreed that the owner will do the needful before I move in. At the time of key handover, I again raised the concern. She said, she will speak with the owner and do the needful. And after a month, when I am following up about the status, the property manager Duncan is straight away rejecting it and saying it in not in there record and since I agreed with the tenancy, it is my responsibility to clean it and maintain it. The previous tenant is also working with me. They have charged £600 for carpet cleaning and mowing the garden. When I have moved in, all the kitchen cabinets, oven, bathroom floors were full of stains and marks. And garden state is quite visible in the photo attached. Then why the seven hells they have charged such a big amount from the previous tenant if they did nothing. I don't recommend this agency and ask to avoid unless you have not any other option. They can only give you pain and stress and nothing else. It was my big mistake to choose this property and agency. Greedy!! Cheap!! Unprofessional!! Unethical!!

3rd Apr 2024 (22 days ago)I have just bought a house through Lovetts in Leamington Spa. I rarely write reviews but I wanted to acknowledge that Jas Bagri and Ryan Kros were great. They went over and above with what was at times a difficult process with the vendor. Always positive and patient and very communicative. I could not recommend them more highly!

Aaron handled the original enquiry, Sharon took care of the viewings and Ellie took care of progressing the sale. They kept in contact with us so we knew what was happening at all times. An easy 5 stars ???? ???? ???? ???? ????

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Myself and my husband viewed a property to rent on the 9th March, as we're relocating from another part of the country. Ben was very professional and incredibly friendly. He answered all our questions and most importantly he let us take our time viewing as he recognised we needed that. Unfortunately although it was a lovely house, it wasn't in the right area for us. However, after such a positive experience during such a stressful time, Atkinson Stilgoe is definitely our preferred letting agency in our ongoing search for a house.

I have been using this company for at least eight years and I can say all my experiences have been top class. I have dealt with Grant and Mark Wadsworth in particular but all the staff I have had contact with in particular the the two I have named have been friendly, helpful, very informative and professional.
