I rang about a property on Monday which they said they call me back but never received a call. Rang again on Tuesday and she told me he didn’t let anybody know. When I asked to view a property on Saturday they rang me half hour before the viewing saying they didn’t realise there was a tenant in the property so she told me she ring me back when she gets in contact. Waited all day for this call back and never even received a call. Absolutely shocking service it’s a good job I didn’t take time off work or left the house and made my way to the property.

Very poor service I rang before Christmas enquiring about a property to date no response not even a call to say property is now let. I personally would not recommend, doesn’t seem very professional. I chased twice for a reply still nothing.

I used Birchover for the let of my rental property and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The advert that went on Right Move was well drafted and presented. They secured viewings for me within 12 hours of the advert going live and had let the property in under a week, answering my emails the same day. I now have a lovely couple renting my property who I know have gone through thorough checks so I've reduced the risk to me as a landlord to a minimal level and most importantly, will love after and enjoy living in the house. I can't thank Saraya and the whole Birchover team enough. I was thoroughly impressed at how easy it was!
