Just completed on our first house with Lorraine Fox from Sharman Quinney & Junior Taylor both were exceptional considering all the hoops we had to jump through.
Told Lorraine what we was looking for and on the day she showed us 3 houses and the last 1 was it, she kept in touch throughout the process.
Junior stuck with us through the challenges of securing a mortgage and teething problems with surveyors but we got there in the end.

The staff that we dealt with were the most patient and understanding we could have asked for. So kind, knowledgeable and helpful! Really friendly and couldn't have asked for more from them. I found all of the staff easy to get along with and they also helped me with some paperwork to send off to the solicitors as I did not have access to a printer as I was visiting from
Overseas a lot.
From the junior to senior staff and other departments, whoever I spoke to made sure I was helped.
The office I thought was proactive and listened to my ideas and thoughts and were open to working ideas.
Overall my contact and experience was excellent and although all were excellent I would like to point out that one person in particular on their day off did text me when I had some questions. So thanks Rhys however please forgive me if your name is. It spelt correctly.
Five stars all round folks and have a lovely Christmas and well deserved break.

Following an unsuccessful 3 month contract with a rival conveyancer we decided to make the switch to Sharman Quinney, we sold within a few days!
I'd like to personally thank the Branch Manager Michael Daly for all his efforts in securing our sale and highly recommend to anyone out there wishing to sell their house with minimum fuss. I've sold and brought through Sharman Quinny years ago and they where very good. However my recent experience of them, I've not been very impressed with!! They want buyers to go through checks like a mortgage company do. I.e income and some expenditure etc with there mortgage consultant even though you don't want to take a mortgage out with them and made that very clear!! So what exactly are they doing with our personal details when there is absolutely no reason for them to have them!!

Due to COVID the sale took a while as we were constantly taking the house on and off the market whilst we self isolate and SQ were quite patient with us. SQ managed to get us a lot of viewings and people through the door and secured a sale well in excess of the price published. Michael chased as much as he could throughout the conveyance and secured us the very good price and negotiated a good chain. Absolutely disgusting service, everytime I phoned i was promised a call back, 2x by one lady, 1x by a guy and then again from another lady. Living and working in London, its not easy for me to get to Peterborough, so I have to rely on the estate agents and majority of enquiries are conducted by phone and its horrible when you see a property you like and because of the disgusting service, you end up losing the property.
Asked about their complaints procedure, I was told headoffice but no other details were given.

Recently got on the property ladder and it was thanks to Sharman Quinney Warrington. We have had a great experience with them even though it took a while due to the pandemic, the team have been amazing with us. All questions and queries answered, Michael was really supportive in getting us through the process. Also we used a solicitor through the business, Khuram has been exceptional and really understood that we were first time buyers so he did an amazing job of getting things sorted for us and also explaining everything. I would also like to add that Jess, who sorted out our mortgage. Jess was really supportive once again and also really kind. Overall the whole team did a great job from beginning to end. As a first time buyer, we had little knowledge on how to apply for a mortgage, but luckily we were allocated Kirsty Thain as our mortgage advisor and we feel so grateful for all her help and support throughout the process. We had lots of issues along the way as our personal circumstances made it hard to get a mortgage but Kirsty didn’t give up trying and working so hard to find us a lender and it eventually led to a mortgage offer. I was a user time buyer, buying an investment property. Unfortunately the first house Michael found and I fell in love with fell through due to survey problems, Michael quickly found me a number of other options and promptly found me two properties that I loved.
Even after the sale was agreed, and conveyancers were handling everything, Michael gently enquired from time to time how things were going and I felt confident I could come to him with problems, nothing was ever too much hassle.

AVOID - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL people at this office are the reason why estate agents get a bad name. Got shown a property by 12 year old looking michael theobald, thinking he was something special in his flash suit but still lives with his parents. I straight away made an offer and brought the paperwork they asked for the next morning. Was then told they didn't pass over the offer because it's a Saturday but not to worry because no one else has seen the house. i wait 3 days and call them only to be told the property has been sold. How unprofessional is that, they didn't even have the courtesy to let me know about my offer.

Gemma was very helpful and answered all our questions at viewings but the problems came as soon as we said we wanted to make an offer on a house. We made an offer a few thousand pounds under the asking price and it was not accepted. We had no problem with this at all- the people are, of course, perfectly within their right to refuse it, but I was not happy that I was old on the phone by the agent that it was a ridiculous offer and was never going to be accepted. I explained we loved the house but based on all the other houses we had seen so far it was on the market for far too much money. I was told that I have no idea what I am talking about (probably true to some extent, but that's my opinion). Interesting to see the same house is still on Right Move 10 months later for the same price.
We were also told that we should swap agents and let them sell our house as we had only had 3 viewings in a week and would never sell it at that rate. I think this is rude and unprofessional. Also wrong as we sold our house in 9 days- a few days after said conversation. From then on we avoided Sharman Quinney like the plague and bought a lovely, much larger house from a much more trustworthy agent who offered us their mortgage adviser and then never mentioned it again.
When I mentioned my displeasure and reasons for not viewing more houses over the phone to them, I was told that they never overvalue properties, other agents are just undervaluing them.

Mark almost tricked us into a mortgage application to get fees from us when vendor had not agreed on sale. This practice had occurred before.
