A very bad agent, Ray Stromberg.
I arrived only 5 minutes late for my scheduled viewing today (the property location was not clearly shown on Google Maps). When I knocked on the door, no one answered, so I waited for around 5 minutes before calling the office. Someone picked up the phone and told me to wait there, so I did.
I ended up waiting a total of 30 more minutes, and no one came.
When I called again, I was told that because I was late, the agent had already gone to another appointment. I explained that I had driven for an hour to attend the viewing and asked if a same?day rearrangement was possible. They refused.
What frustrated me the most was that no one bothered to inform me that the viewing was cancelled or that the agent had left. They simply left me standing outside for half an hour with no call, no update, no communication. I declined their offer to rearrange after that experience.
If being 5 minutes late was such a serious issue, they could have called me, checked where I was, or communicated properly. A viewing cannot realistically be completed in 5 minutes, and this is not how professional agents should treat customers. This behaviour shows a clear lack of respect and communication skills.
Based on this experience, I would never use their services again, nor would I recommend this unprofessional company to anyone.
