Meena and her team are really fantastic. We have just moved into our 3 year rented property which was let and is being managed by Strutts, and our experience from start to finish was excellent! Bas, the letting agent, was very communicative and helped us to secure our dream home. Lauren, our property manager, has been great so far. After 3 years of a bad experience renting through another high street real estate company, this is a breath of fresh air. I would recommend this team to both tenants and landlords!

We are delighted with how Bas took care of negotiations and the lengthy process of referencing was successfully processed whilst keeping a calm but consistent approach. Bas made everything smooth and easy. She made the whole process of renting an apartment stress free which is a rare thing in this world! Moving day also went smoothly with a small electrical fault being sorted within a couple of hours.
We are extremely grateful to Bas and the whole team at Strutt & Parker for helping us secure our dream home!

Bas was flexible, professional and communicative during our rental search. She accommodated late viewings and made herself available at weekends in order to get our rental agreed. I've had a brilliant experience with Talisa Wilmot from Strutt and Parker Fulham office. From the first viewing, Talisa went over and above to ensure that I was given all the help and information I needed. She consistently delivered more than asked for and was calm, professional and thorough throughout the whole process. She managed all the negotiations and then ongoing discussions with the solicitors including the agents on my sale with a level head, and kept the process as stress free as she could.
I was highly impressed by her knowledge of the surrounding properties, prices and roads in the area, and her ability to remain calm and unflappable even when put under pressure towards the time of the agreed exchange date. Her level of attention to detail was excellent and it was so reassuring to have her as a sounding board during the process. Thanks Talisa!

I can see people have been raving about Bas in other reviews and this one won’t be any different.
Bas was super helpful, super respondent and just so easy to deal with. We must have spoken to 20 different agents around London when looking for our flat so when you find a top one, it’s certainly a relief.

We recently had a GREAT experience with Strutt and Parker! Bas Hakim was our point of contact and she was extremely helpful and really listened to our needs in terms of what we were looking for in a property. She was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and was super responsive over email - this was especially helpful as moving into a new home can be stressful! We were very impressed with Strutt and Parker and would 100% recommend them! I’ve had some experience with other agents in the area over the years and these guys by far are the best.
