My experience with Strutt & Parker's Fulham office was extraordinary. Sophie Alexander provided a level of professionalism that was unlike any other estate agents I previously dealt with. She was accommodating and was always available to take a call when I needed her. She spend hours with me until I found my current home. I would recommend her services to friends and family.

Landlords/Tenants AVOID! Contacted these peoeple about 8 times with for just a general viewing of a rental property, eventually got a viewing, liked the place and contacted them another 4 times via phone and email with no contact back at all, completely unprofessional. They are understaffed, it seems they have 2 people who work in the lettings and both are only in the office half a day at most, never mind the lack of professionalism if you do manage to get hold of the lettings team. I would not like to imagine if you were to have a problem with your rental property or an urgent matter that needed attending to. This estate agent is nothing but a wolf in sheep's clothing with a nice logo and branding but completely unprofessional beyond that, would not recommend.
