Both Strutt & Parker Fulham's Sales and Lettings continue to impress. The professional standard of both is very reassuring. One can be sure one is in good hands throughout.

We bought our house through S&P and then subsequently rented it (with full property management) through them over the duration of five years. From start to finish, they delivered an exceptional service, particularly on the management side providing us with multiple comparison quotes for works that needed to be carried out, prompt and forewarning on any external / third party deadlines and payments, and total handling of all house-related 'life admin'. I slightly feel like I've lost my very own PA now! During the rental process, we were kept up to date (in real time) on all viewings and feedback and received several offers within weeks of it being on the market. Thank you for everything. If I could have you manage the home I live in, I would!

I have been using Strutt & Parket Fulham to let my apartment since I left UK 2015. Their team is excellent and has been very helpful. Their follow ups are very thorough too!

Landlords/Tenants AVOID! Contacted these peoeple about 8 times with for just a general viewing of a rental property, eventually got a viewing, liked the place and contacted them another 4 times via phone and email with no contact back at all, completely unprofessional. They are understaffed, it seems they have 2 people who work in the lettings and both are only in the office half a day at most, never mind the lack of professionalism if you do manage to get hold of the lettings team. I would not like to imagine if you were to have a problem with your rental property or an urgent matter that needed attending to. This estate agent is nothing but a wolf in sheep's clothing with a nice logo and branding but completely unprofessional beyond that, would not recommend.
