1. Their selling agents are good in behaviour.
2. Their maintenance team is horrible mainly their maintenance coordinator.
3. Bad and awful behavior of their maintenance coordinator
4. They will ignore your call if you raise an issue
5. Unfair deposit deduction without proper justification and proof.
6. Threatening that deposit won't be returned if I don't obey their commands.
I don't recommend them at all.
