Stay Away Received my rent payment late numerous times, still missing a least one payment. Property was returned in very poor condition with outstanding utility bills owed, broken window wasn’t repaired as promised. Kitchen cabinets broken and even missing doors. Laminate flooring has multiple damage. Fire Alarm batteries removed, along with some light fittings.... Read more

I have been using tower estates for the last two years and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future as they have been great and deal with all my property issues promptly. Although I had a very bad tenant they made sure to resolve all issues prior to bringing it to my attention and avoided me having to have unnecessary stress and I can honestly say that I am very happy that they manage my property and will continue to add to my portfolio through tower estates. I have all my messages replied to within one hour and I couldn't ask for a better service. Highly recommend them.... Read more

Nightmare. Ignores emails. Makes appointments without notice and expects entry to property. Lies about why they can't provide EPC (says can't because of Data Protection!) And, any fault is yours, for e.g. faulty wiring: You must have plugged something in that caused the fuse box to blow.... Read more

I walked into tower estates office just like i walked into any other estate agency but I walked out more happy and more satisfied than I’ve ever been as a customer. I didn’t have a single issue during my entire time there but I do have a few honourable mentions; Marianna, Christina and the lovely Aldo.
