WARNING WARNING Avoid this company like the plague, they said there was a leak coming from my flat, which they manage. I let two men in my flat for 5 days 46 hours they ruined the floor/ kitchen bathroom. Couldn’t find the source of the leak and didnt repair. Avoid this Estate Agent like the plague, I viewed a flat and phoned them a dozen times to tell them that I wanted the flat, the person on the phone was very vague, I even emaied them, and I even spoke to another male agent who said they would get back to me, I heard nothing then 12 days later I had an email telling me they let another party have the flat,a complete waste of time, avoid this Agent.... AVOID AVOID AVOID Because of my health condition I can’t wear a mask in current situation, this afternoon I went to ask for Paul (apparently the owner of estate agent) while I was holding the door and I wasn’t even inside the office a very rude teenage boy from behind desk back of office ask me to wear my mask as I explained I’m exception, but they ask me I most show them my medical record without even asking me what my inquiry and middle age man look like a manager with very impolite way kick me out just because I didn’t wear mask, I was trying to let them list my property for sale, so lucky I didn’t... Excellent letting agent. Moved to London from another country, viewed many places and Bunn & Co. proved to be the best. 2 years on and nothing has changed. the worst company you can ever use.they are all thieves stealing money from your deposit.never got my deposit back even that it was protected by My deposit.so don't ever deal with them or if you do it my advise is when you are about to leave just don't pay them the last month.wish I had done it.but I wanted to be fair and now I regretted it.... Stay away - - I have been a tenant of one of the flats that that Bunn & Co has manages for 2.5 years and it has not been a pleasant experience at all. They had entered my flat without permission several times and I had a severe leak in the flat that took them 1.5 years to sort out. They never call back when they say they will, and are in all a very unprofessional company and I would strongly advice that you find another agent to help you in the area.... Read more
