The property was handed to us in a great condition. Ines and Sean have been really helpful in communication and checking in between us and the sellers. We are really happy with this purchase.

27th May 2026 (17 days ago)I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.

Kristel Lehtla was able to find an amazing tenant for our apartment in a matter of one afternoon, she is very diligent provides amazing advise, is extremely responsive and very friendly. She immediately understood our needs and requirements for renting our property and she found the perfect match Kristel made this process so seamless and smooth, we are hugely grateful for her support. I can’t imagine an easier process than this one. Thanks a million Kristel, you’ are a superstar!!

5th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)The lift in our building has been out of service since mid-January - it is now May, over 3.5 months later. I live on the top floor. In that time, I have called and messaged the management agent roughly once a month. The responses have consistently been either “it will take another few months” or “we don’t know.” As of last week, they told me the contractor has only just begun ordering parts - with no estimated repair date. At no point has there been proactive communication to tenants. Every update I received, I had to chase. For what should be a standard building repair, the lack of urgency and transparency has been really poor. It’s worth noting that a lift outage of this length isn’t just an inconvenience - for elderly or disabled residents, it can be genuinely serious. That alone should warrant more urgency than has been shown here. Three and a half months without a working lift (and still no answer) is not acceptable property management.

29th May 2026 (15 days ago)Rented an apartment through Daniel Cobb when moved to London. Had a smooth, sympathetic (they gave me a week to obtain my right to rent, I was moving from abroad) experience starting - special thanks to Sarah Kelly and Charlotte Oborne. Since the start of the rental period, have had superb support from Anuj Jariwala regarding all kinds of questions, communications with the landlord, installations, repairs, and emergencies. Thrilled with the service so far!

The knowledge and expertise is remarkable. I would highly recommend Edna and her team. We rented a beautiful flat and any help we needed was offered immediately and with great professionalism. A wonderful experience!

Simon was very supportive throughout the transaction, liaising effectively with the various solicitors involved and keeping all parties well informed. 21st Feb 2024 (2 years ago)WARNING WARNING Avoid this company like the plague, they said there was a leak coming from my flat, which they manage. I let two men in my flat for 5 days 46 hours they ruined the floor/ kitchen bathroom. Couldn’t find the source of the leak and didnt repair. I believe they are dishonest and untrustworthy and deliberately tell lies to isolate any tenant who challenges their dishonesty
2nd Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Quite frankly the most diabolical experience I’ve ever had. I’m not exaggerating. I’m turning 59 this year, so I’ve seen a few things. The landlady refused to repair anything. And Foxtons did nothing. I’m staying at my Mum’s while I recover
