Their prompt and efficient responses have consistently resolved the typical issues landlords may encounter. Also, their kind and cooperative approach has helped grow a strong personal relationship, which I believe is key in a business environment. A team I would gladly recommend to any landlord.

The property was handed to us in a great condition. Ines and Sean have been really helpful in communication and checking in between us and the sellers. We are really happy with this purchase.

17th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Deposit withheld on baseless claims, mould ignored for 6 months - DPS ruled fully in our favour<br><br>We rented a flat managed by Century 21 London Central (Rochester Row) for nearly two years; the property was owned by Marmora Ltd. KFH managed the building when we moved in and unfortunately the landlord moved management to Century 21 after a few months.<br>Our experience with agent Dusan Plesko was dreadful from start to finish.<br><br>At the end of our tenancy, Dusan ignored our emails for weeks, responding only after we escalated to the Deposit Protection Service. He then claimed £1,740 of our deposit for an Octopus Energy bill that was addressed to the landlord - not us. We were never Octopus customers; our supply was with OVO, who confirmed in writing that we had no liability to Octopus, and whose bill we have paid in full. At adjudication, Dusan submitted no evidence whatsoever. The DPS ruled fully in our favour. Months of our time wasted on an attempt to take our deposit for someone else's bill.<br><br>During the tenancy, we reported extensive bathroom mould in August 2025 - across the walls and ceiling, with the wall rotting away near the shower. An inspection identified a structural cause (an extractor vent leading nowhere). Instead of fixing it, Dusan replaced a working extractor fan, an unnecessary cost to the landlord which we pointed out at the time, and left the mould untreated. Repairs were finally done in late January 2026, conveniently the week before viewings for new tenants began.<br><br>When we offered a 15% rent increase to extend our tenancy, we received no response. Before we moved out the flat was listed for higher than our offer. After we moved out, the flat was listed at exactly the figure we had offered - and let at that price (or lower). We've seen no evidence our offer was ever put to the landlord, the landlord incurred costs related to finding new tenants and lost rent for the period the flat was unoccupied.<br><br>Reading other reviews, our experience isn't unique; inflated deposit claims and ignored maintenance appear repeatedly. Landlords (including Marmora Ltd) should ask serious questions about how their properties and tenants are being handled. Tenants: document everything from day one, and don't hesitate to go straight to the DPS.

They were highly responsive, understood exactly what we were looking for and helped navigate the negotiations smoothly. From our offer to completion, Johnny was incredibly supportive and professional. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

5th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)The lift in our building has been out of service since mid-January - it is now May, over 3.5 months later. I live on the top floor. In that time, I have called and messaged the management agent roughly once a month. The responses have consistently been either “it will take another few months” or “we don’t know.” As of last week, they told me the contractor has only just begun ordering parts - with no estimated repair date. At no point has there been proactive communication to tenants. Every update I received, I had to chase. For what should be a standard building repair, the lack of urgency and transparency has been really poor. It’s worth noting that a lift outage of this length isn’t just an inconvenience - for elderly or disabled residents, it can be genuinely serious. That alone should warrant more urgency than has been shown here. Three and a half months without a working lift (and still no answer) is not acceptable property management.

The knowledge and expertise is remarkable. I would highly recommend Edna and her team. We rented a beautiful flat and any help we needed was offered immediately and with great professionalism. A wonderful experience!

21st Feb 2024 (2 years ago)WARNING WARNING Avoid this company like the plague, they said there was a leak coming from my flat, which they manage. I let two men in my flat for 5 days 46 hours they ruined the floor/ kitchen bathroom. Couldn’t find the source of the leak and didnt repair. I believe they are dishonest and untrustworthy and deliberately tell lies to isolate any tenant who challenges their dishonesty
24th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist and the manager at the Foxtons Pimlico branch.<br><br>Today was the day I returned the keys to my flat. My tenancy officially ends on 26 July, but I was asked to return the keys two days early because the landlord wanted to paint the property on 25 July. I cooperated, even though my tenancy had not yet ended.<br><br>When I asked the receptionist how I would receive my deposit back, she gave me a cold and dismissive response, simply saying that the landlord would sort it out. She made no effort to explain the process, and her attitude and facial expression were incredibly rude and unprofessional.<br><br>The property manager was no better. When I asked about the electricity bill, the response I received was equally rude and dismissive. I felt like I was being treated as if I was an inconvenience rather than a tenant who was simply asking reasonable questions.<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is the landlord’s behaviour throughout my tenancy. The paint on the bedroom wall had been peeling badly, but despite repeated requests, the landlord refused to repair it and always made excuses. However, now that they need to find a new tenant, they suddenly want to repaint the flat before my tenancy has even officially ended.<br><br>I genuinely don’t understand this situation, and the entire experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and completely unprofessional.
