Having just completed the sale of a property, I would like to thank all of the team at Calders for their help and support throughout the process. I would especially give a mention to Andrew for his professional advice and guidance which lead to a number of quaity offers being received within hours of placing the property on the market. A special mention to Sally also, who did an amazing job of keeping on top of the transaction process at all stages, communicating with all the parties involved. Her efforts without doubt ensured completion earlier than would otherwise have been the case.
As a landlord, I have used Calders professional services for over a decade and can recommend them without any hesitation.

From the very start I couldn’t have asked for a better Landlord! Andrew was very accommodating when I moved into Chandler’s Court. It’s a lovely apartment with plenty of space and finished to a really high standard with a beautiful shared courtyard too. Throughout my two year lease I never had any issues with the and I always knew Andrew was on hand and prompt to reply to any of my queries.
