Shocking! Booked a viewing a week ago. Turned up at the property bang on time this morning only to be asked by the occupier “can I help you”. Turns out the estate agent was there earlier and cancelled the viewing only to not let anyone know and leave without reason. Called the office and got a similar response with a lack of care and customer service! Time to look for a better service elsewhere. Do Not Use!

Don't know who's fault it is landlord or agency but i rented a property from this agent. My now ex partner beat me so I had to run away with a one-month-old child. Now they don't want to take my name off from the tenancy agreement just because my ex partner said he is not agreed with it. So I'm not living in this property and my name is still on the tenancy agreement even if I gave them termination of the lease. Being on a contract, I can not rent another property with my child.
