Both Kelly & Ewan were with us every step of the way from the beginning to end. Nothing was ever too much trouble & they were both always available to help with any queries or concerns we had. I moved into a house which I rented in 2 weeks time after viewing they did everything quick and professionally.
I had an issue with washing machine plug and I did a complaint they came and fixed it next day.
I would rate their services 5 star and recommend everyone aswell.

We recently embarked on a grand adventure of moving into a property through Bairstow Eves, aiming to settle in before Santa squeezed his way down the chimney. Thanks to the superhero trio comprising Jade, Amy, and Joseph, our Christmas miracle came true! Jade was our trusty point of contact, and when she took a day off for training, Amy swooped in to save the day. And let's not forget Joe, who kept us in the loop when Jade and Amy were off gallivanting. From start to finish, their service was top-notch, leaving us with nothing but smiles.
Now, here's the twist: the only hiccup we encountered was the moving-in gift box they provided. Can you believe it? 0.0% beer! It's like they were trying to test our resolve. Almost had us deducting a star from our rating! But hey, let's not dwell on that minor blip. Overall, this branch is a well-oiled machine, managing everything with finesse.

Told me they were contacting a viewer to view our house and would let me know if the viewing was going ahead but still had no contact from them. I have used Bairstow Eves Tamworth and Coventry a number of times over the the last few years for letting services and they have always done a good job , but this time the Tamworth office have absolutely exceeded my expectations on a let only instruction.
They got the property on the market the same day I rang to say my current tenant was leaving , they found four parties who wanted to proceed , gave detailed information on all parties to enable me to make an informed decision and the new tenant moved in the day after the old tenant moved out.

Moving home, no matter relocating 2 hours is stressful enough and it comes with various apprehensions. Jade is truly the only lettings negotiator that I was excited to deal with. I had a hard time with many agents trying to explain the situation and despite having financial capabilities, it wasn't something they wanted to navigate. This was the first property that I was excited to view and I truly believe that this was down to Jade. She is pleasant, reassuring and down to earth. She is the perfect type of person to help you through a move of any kind.
Her administration and communication was timely and she always came straight back to me, regardless of whether the query was sorted- confirmation meant that she was aware of it and was dealing with it. It's definitely an attribute for someone who has to negotiate between 2 parties.
I dealt briefly with Joe and he is also worthy of noting. They both have the ability to give you that little encouragement you need to stay positive about stressors involved with moving and it was much needed.
Jade to me is a stand out human and she will bring much positivity to any role.
I hope she continues to progress as she truly deserves it. Any employer would be lucky to have someone who can be so adaptable and always with a smile and a pleasant tone.
She definitely went above and beyond for us and I don't think I would feel as reassured without her.

I dont write many feedbacks because im not really computor literate, but i had to write and let it be known about the service i received from Bairstow Eves in Tamworth, i literally couldnt fault the service they gave me when i was selling my property, being single i was really nervous about selling my property on my own, but right from when i made the phone call to speak to them about selling my property, and telling them i was really nervous they put me at ease.

I Chose Bairstow Eves to market a property for me based on their positive reviews as I am not from the surrounding area.
I can say that I have used around 13 different agents in the past (mostly in or around Leicestershire) for lettings and these are by far the best that I have ever come across.
Joe is the Manager and is prompt polite professional and answers any questions that you may have regarding lettings
Abigail is absolutely outstanding in every respect, She looked after all aspects of finding a quality tenant vetting referencing and managed everything from start to finish with impeccably.
Only took just over a week from being vacant to being fully occupied with great professional tenants
I would not consider going anywhere else than Bairstow Eves and would not hesitate to recommend. 10/10

I have 2 rental houses in the Atherstone area,. I have used Bairstow eves for the vetting & letting of tenants for both of them since buying them about 5 years ago. The team there, Chelsey, Hayley, Shannon & Kylie (now moved offices) have been a great help when I have needed some assistance. They are friendly & when I arrive at the office I am welcomed and that means a lot to me. The company has a percentage of the rent for their services but that pales into insignificance to have them in your corner when a problem arises.

This review is for the mortgage advisor company within Bairstow Eves. Do not by any circumstances go with this appalling mortgage broker company. I have wasted time and money for a job I was doing myself. They ask for an upfront payment which I didn't mind, but once they take that payment you are just a number. Being a first time buyer I thought I'd go for a broker to relieve stress however he only made the situation worse. Not sending files to my chosen mortgage company after been sent them not once, but twice, being told 'oh sorry I have been busy with potential customers' What about the ones you have been dealing with?! Absolute poor communication and customer service skills. Never in my life have I been left so embarrassed when my solicitors were calling asking what was happening with the mortgage as it still hadn't been completed and sent off to my chosen mortgage. I hope people read this and avoid at all cost, because it has lost me money, time and has given me a great deal of stress. Please note I even filed a complaint to Country Wide and they couldn't care less so taking this further. I wish I could write everything that had happened during this time, but there is so much to write! Just please please please don't fall for the mistake of being told I will help you because they really really don't just go to a bank!!!!

I had an appointment booked for a viewing, nobody showed up, nobody called, texted or emailed. Neither agent nor office answered their phones. After 40 minutes of waiting the agent who made the appointment texted back to say she wasn't at work and to call the office, which wouldn't answer or return calls. This company is clearly not concerned keeping their appointments or communicating with potential clients. Entirely unprofessional.

As we were 1St time buyer's we didn't fully understand the process, so Joanne sat with us and went through every detail anything we didn't understand she would explain again until we did, if we phoned with a problem she was straight on the case to fix it and phone back to explain what she had done. After hitting a bump and our first house fell through Dan then kindly cleared his Saturday to take us round to view 5 houses 1 of which is now our new home. If we hit any problems we would ring or go in and speak to Elisha who would have the problem dealt with in minutes and ring us back ASAP, each time she would go more then an extra mile to help us out she would sit and fill in all our paperwork if we didn't understand and explain it in detail. We cannot fault our experience with this team not only on a professional level but on a personal one, they will make you feel more than welcome and talk to you on a real personal level which will put you more at ease. We will definitely be using these guys again and referring others there way.

We can't thank Bairstow Eves enough for what they have done to help sell out Property. Our house went on the Market late Friday afternoon and by Saturday morning 4 viewings had been arranged. From those viewings we had 2 offers on our property and by Tuesday lunch time it was STC. Apart from Dan and James who helped with viewings I have to thank Elisha who was fantastic. She did a lot of going backwards and forwards to help us get the best price possible. She also helped us fill in the paperwork that was needed for the solicitors and without this help we would not have been able to do this.
