This is the most Landlord orientated agency I ever dealt with, our overall experience renting was unpleasant from the beginning. Below are a few reasons why you should be cautions if renting with them.
Unethical and Unprofessional - When we originally expressed interest on the flat they made us bargain for pennies because apparently "Someone else made an offer but they would prefer to go with us so could we stretch our budget?" When I finally said I might as well look for a better flat they stopped bargaining.
Unhelpful – After paying the reservation fee we asked whether they could ask the Landlord to remove some of the furniture, the answer was the flat is let as seen – ok, fair enough but I’m pretty sure they didn’t even ask the landlord and their suggestion was to replace the items we wanted removed for new ones and leave them at the end of the tenancy– yes sure.
During the tenancy we addressed the issue of the common areas being in a very poor and unhealthy state and the buzzer not working, this was deemed as a management company issue not theirs/ not the Landlord’s, we were given a phone number to deal with the issue ourselves?
At the end of the tenancy we said we could leave earlier than expected could they ask whether the incoming tenants would like to move earlier, answer was a date has been agreed. So they never bothered to ask the question but why would they hey? They are there to serve the profit.
Dishonest – There was no mention on our contract for the property to be professionally cleaned at the end of the tenancy, only a note on the check-in report which by the way was outdated and incorrect, we asked for a receipt/proof that this was the case but obviously there wasn’t.
When we received the flat we found cigarette packets under the bed and clothes left behind but we never bothered telling them (we should have done), we had to clean the flat when we moved in also as only the seen surfaces had been cleaned. Defenitly not professionaly cleaned.
They were also claiming for missing items but thankfully we had marked this as missing in the check in report so obviously they didn’t bothered reading our comments and updating the report.
Advise – if you do decide to rent with them be very meticulous about everything. Make a video of the state in which you receive the property and document everything as they will try to charge you.

Choose your agency wisely!
During my home searching period, I worked with various Estate Agents. Jade from Morgan Randall is the best by far!
She always chased the things for me, provide the best service during this period.
If I could possibly rate this company even lower than a 1 I definitely would! A totally unacceptable figure driven company who cares about none of the clients or customers needs. They take most landlords as a joke unless they have a very heavy portfolio where instantly they start seeing money symbols through their eyes. The people seeking a property through them have no say in what they want and get treated in an unacceptable manner as 'second choice' in any matter. Once they do move in, don't expect Morgan Randall to fix the problem. Actually i'll be generous.. they do fix it but after maybe 8 months of you being there. The way they treat their workers is absolutely terrible aswell with feedback being given that employees feel like a slave for the higher management there.
Please don't be fooled by the reviews written on Google as 90% of the people have been begged or forced to write a positive review for the 'one of a kind' service they provide.
I had a wonderful experience through the lettings team. We were dealing with Leigh and Michael and they made the process of finding and moving into the property efficient and painless. They were very helpful and responsive and diligent with finalising everything. I would highly recommend their services.
Reviewed as a tenant for one of the properties they are renting out in West London, tenancy period 2 years. In general responsive yet high turnover of staff, which means that sometimes emails remain unanswered as people have already left the company without notice to the tenant, - we had to wait weeks to get a broken down washing machine fixed, and had to push for it constantly. They charge high fees for inventory check-out and more than a month's of rent as deposit. We spent 42k GBP in rent plus 300 GBP on their recommended provider of a comprehensive end of tenancy cleaning service and they still screw us for a paltry 300 GBP in alleged damage to the property, which was either fair wear and tear or already existent when we moved in - which we recorded via email with attached pictures at the move in date - yet to no avail, case now going through the dispute resolution process. A dishonest, far too busy and superficial company - strongly discourage anyone from using them.

During a difficult sale of a rental property they went above & beyond to ensure the sale has stayed on track & the communication has been second to none. I do not live in the area so remotely they have handled absolutely everything & taken excellent care of the existing tenants.
