Cannons - and Rob in particular - were incredibly helpful with my first-time-buy. Rob was very quick to reply to any queries, helpful in pushing the process along, and always available for a text or quick call. I would recommend to anyone buying in the area.

Such a FANTASTIC agency. Sashko in particular has been the best estate agent we have ever dealt with. He is the only agent I have ever met who has put the needs and well being of us above all else. He called us after all money had been exchanged and after we were moved in, just to check that everything was going well. He has gone above and beyond his job to make sure the stressful process of renting a property and moving was as smooth as possible. It is so refreshing to have dealt with Cannons and Sashko and I sincerely hope more people use them and other estate agents learn from them.
From now on, we will only deal with Cannons estate agents.

Cannons are such a helpful bunch, they really helped us out when another property fell through as the tenants decided not to move out just before Christmas. They were so understanding and patient with us!!

Provided a top notch service in finding me and my wife a flat in Parsons Green. They did so much extra to make sure my wife was happy with the property and that she settled into the area having just moved down from Manchester, I really didn't expect London estate agents to be as accommodating as this, a very pleasant surprise!

Finally an agent that doesn't just talk fraff, we had another (agressive) agent marketing our property for three months giving us every excuses under the sun as to why they couldn't sell it or had no viewings for us. After Cannons took over they had it under offer within a week after showing me that the other agent had valued my property at the wrong price. (I hate nothing more than an agent telling me a stupidly inflated price just to get me property and then week after week telling me they have to drop the price.) Antony correctly valued my house and backed up his value with evidence of what was currently selling in the area. (you really can't argue with reality)
The sales process was as stressful as I remember from last time but it really helped having Antony fighting our corner. Whenever we had some issues with the solicitors he always managed to keep the sale on track and the solicitors working... I was thoroughly impressed with Antony and in fact the rest of the guys at Cannons. I would definitely use this agent again and recommend them.
