Georgia (letting agent) and Georgina (admin team) are lovely people but rather incompetent and seem to suffer from some internal communication and accountability issues.
We paid our holding deposit 1 month ago. We asked Georgina to confirm that we would get furniture with the letting (wasn’t stated as furnished on the contract), who passed the buck to Georgia. Georgia asked if I could re-visit the property, to ask the tenants what items come with it. This was frustrating because Georgia could have just done her job properly the first time round when we first saw the property (she wasn’t able to confirm that we would get beds and desks then).
Georgina wasn’t able to find the inventory to confirm the furnishings in the property after 1 month of searching for it. We only found that LDB didn’t have an inventory after 3-4 weeks of calling them twice a week, despite her saying she’d get back to me ‘in a few days’, 4 weeks ago. She never got back to me, and didn’t feel the need to inform me that she couldn’t find it, until I started calling regularly.
Things to work on: communication with the tenants and within the team, assigning and holding responsibility, getting the ADDRESS right on documents/tenancy guarantor checks.
Edit: increasing the number of stars I gave them, as Rohan liaised with the landlord and secured us a termination of contract early, due to personal circumstances, with a very nominal fee. Thank you Rohan!

Monday afternoon I called the agent with the name Rupert to book a viewing for today, Thursday.
He told me that he would sent me a video of the property as it is already received an offer, and he sent me the wrong video without even sending the correct one afterwards.
We had a viewing today on 1:30 PM, and he called me 13:00 PM to tell me that our viewing is cancelled.
I am not sure how the marketing team will justify that, but that behaviour seemed unprofessional.

They managed to get things done, albeit VERY slowly, when I was a tennant under LDB. But as soon as moved out it's like they didn't care anymore. Think twice about using this agency. We called LDB to ask about our deposit and the person claimed it wasn't their responsibility and put the phone down. We tried to call that same day and couldn't even get through. I sent an email and it's been a week and no reply. Only use this agency if you have no other choice.

I have just rented my second property through LDB, and its been an absolute pleasure. Everyone has been so helpful, particularly Anmar.
I was finding it difficult to find a property at the last minute, but Anmar helped find the perfect property in such a short time. And ever since my move in, LDB have been nothing but professional. Any issues/queries I’ve had have been dealt with straight away, and I was even given a lovely moving in present (in picture).
Suffice to say, I highly recommend them.

As a seasoned renter in London, I have come to be wary about how difficult it can be to find and secure a suitable property. I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and seamless the team at LDB (particularly Anmar and Sam) were when I had a very short period to find a suitable property, and how they took the initiative to help chase references to get me in at the date I requested which was short notice.
I was also appreciative of the fact they kept me in the loop at every stage- as a busy working doctor I was grateful for this as moving property can be stressful.
I liked the fact they made the paperwork as seamless as possible re identification documents and were flexible about when I could come to the office to drop my identification documents off to be checked.
I am looking forward to my new tenancy and I would recommend LDB. They would be my go-to lettings agency should I move again in the future.

Didn't fulfil half the requirements before moving in and didn't work with us to get to a solution after moving in. The sales guy was all nice and friendly until after the move in date and then acted like he didn't recognize us when we were discussing issues. Arrived at agreed move in time with our luggage, only to be told the place wasn't ready and we should come back in the evening. No door on the toilet door until a month after moving in. Worst experience with renting a flat ever.

TL;DR: Can be friendly and helpful, but a few points let me down in my experience. Unorganised admin staff forgets to mention and ask for crucial details. Some estate agents seem to think it is okay to let themselves in for viewings without a 24 hour notice or asking first. Other agents are very friendly and polite.
Went through LDB to rent a two bedroom flat in Fulham. At first they are friendly and helpful. However, there have a few issues which indicate unprofessionalism and lack of care for clients.
First, in the run up to signing for the contract we were told we would need references from our previous landlord and an employer. This was perfectly fine and reasonable. However, they forgot to mention that we needed a "character reference" in addition to the other two. They only asked for this a few days before we were due to pick up our keys. This made for a very stressful rush to get a character reference, and worry that we would not be able to move in on time. By the time all the references were processed, it was after our agreed move in date.
Another issue is the estate agents not giving a 24 hour notice for viewings or even asking; they make it a statement. When I said I did not feel okay letting someone into my home in such a short notice, they ignored me and said I should not worry, they will be quick. In one case, we only got an hour warning! In another case, the agent let himself in without knocking. This was a Saturday morning, so there was a high chance someone would be in. Luckily I was fully clothed!
However, not all agents were like this. Some gave plenty of notice and asked politely to be allowed to give a viewing.
EDIT: Manager called me to check on these issues which I found very professional and friendly. He clearly cares about his business and said he will in future look into the training of his staff.

Really up front and honest business in general - a rare gem in the tenancy world! I've been living in a flat they run for two years and Mahmoud manages it really well. Great responsiveness if you're ever in an emergency, and he's professional while also being nice to deal with.

After a week chasing Sam to visit a flat, where his excuse was that he didn’t have the keys. We managed to get a viewing, to find out when we were at his office that he was double booked and the flat we were interested in had an offer. Awful attention to the client as it only takes 2 mins to send an email from your phone to let the client know, but Sam didn’t bother. No apologies of course!

Disgraceful service. Arranged to view a flat then cancelled our appointment at the last minute, twice. Finally got appointment at 6.30 on a week night, left work early to meet Sam at the office, only to be told when we arrived that the flat had been let out one hour before. Sam had not bothered to call us, and when challenged he just shrugged his shoulders and offered no apology at all. This is without doubt the worst letting agency in Fulham palace rd. AVOID!

Rather friendly before they get your money but they obviously have internal communication issues! 6 months rent was paid in lumpsum but the manager turns around and says we owe rent "because the admins didn't put it in the system". 2 stars for my agent being friendly and the rest of the team gets nothing.

Abraham was always quick to reply and offer advice on the properties they had listed. He spent a Saturday driving us around the flats they had without giving us the hard sell. I would recommend this small letting agency because of their speed of response and professionalism.

They are a fairly standard estate agent (in my humble experience). They pretend to be excited about you when they are trying to get your money and once the deal is done, you have paid the money ... well, they are no where to be seen.
To clarify, we took a rental flat through them and once we had paid the fees and needed some basic information from them, they would take about 5 days to respond to emails, we'd have to chase them at least once by email and once by phone. It hurts when you've paid over £350 in fees.
I couldn't recommend them but it seems to be a bit of an industry issue in my mind.
