Lawson Rutter team is extremely excellent team with biggest support, they are here to help at all times with a great problem solving skills and solutions, managing tuff problems, to be honest i didn't expect even 10%( from my previous experience from other real estate agency ) of what they did for me plus i was a buyer, any problem with the seller and the property they will handle in a shorter period. Only way to see that is through what I'm seeing is to visit them for any problem, opinion and to see there brilliant solution. The team is perfectly organised and very friendly, they know the market very well. I strongly recommend this Team if you whant to have smoothly and quick results.

Lawson were unable to sell my property. When I cancelled the contract they said the price was too high ( they set the price). When I said I was going with multiple agencies this time they said - you will look desperate to the market. They were actually quite rude.
