Carter Duthie is a family run, independent firm of estate and letting agents based in Denham, covering Bucks, Middlesex and Herts. With over 20 years of experience, we have high professional standards and pride ourselves on offering a friendly and personal service to all our clients.

Founder Adrian Duthie works alongside his daughter, Imogen and their dedicated team of agents. As a father-daughter team, our aim is to bring our own family values and authentic enthusiasm to everything we do. Family run business and you can really tell the difference in service between a small independent agency and the bigger corporate agencies. I got to know all of the team here and really felt that they cared about me and my property. When using bigger agencies in the past I've been passed around from person to person and at times I struggled to get hold of anyone at all. At Carter Duthie you are getting a personal service from a kind, friendly and knowledgeable team. Will be recommending them to everyone I know from now on.

We were very impressed how Carters handled the whole process from marketing our house to the actual sale. As a client we felt valued and looked after from the very start till the very end. We haven't felt pressured forced or harassed into selling our home. We didn't have to keep on chasing anything. Imogen & Sue kept us well informed throughout the process.
I was also really pleased with the three different fee options that Carter Duthie offered which was different and much more flexible than the percentage commission that the other agents we had round quoted.
I would highly recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for a smooth stress free house sell.
