We have just had our offer accepted om a purchase and we were tended to by Shannen Smylie. She was polite and attentive throughout, helped us to book a second viewing promptly and chased on our AML link when the we didn't receive it the first time. We were updated often and felt well looked after. We hope the rest of the process will follow through in like manner and we look forward to purchasing our new house!

Richard Frost was very helpful with our move. Due to our sudden travel, we were unable to collect the keys on the scheduled date (Friday)and due to this we had to delay our movers arrangements scheduled over the weekend(Sunday). I was earlier told to have the keys collected only on Monday. However, Richard was very helpful in understanding our situation and offered to provide us the keys to our new place on a Sunday right after we landed thus making our move very flexible as scheduled. Excellent customer service from Richard!!
