They will find poor excuses to not show you the houses and will not even make an effort to deny that it is your non-English name putting you at the bottom of the list.

Worst estate agency we have ever dealt with. We rented a let-only property, but still had to pay ridiculous check-in and check-out fees when we were not even 'invited' to the check-in and or the check-out. In a dispute with the owner at the end of our tenancy we did not have a chance to make our case since they were (obviously) on the side of the owner.

Appalling in every way. Carter Jonas exhibit everything you dread to deal with when you imagine a stereotypically bad estate agency - hidden and unjustified fees, passive aggressive and condescending staff who obviously have no passion for their jobs and are past the point of caring about assisting customers, unless it involves taking money from you. I have no intention of using them again for anything.

Carter Jonas customer service is poor and neglecting. There property management is terrible and inefficient. Their communication skills are awful. Do not water your time and money with them.

I have had another great experience with Carter Jonas. Great communication. Once as a tenant now as a landlord. Have recommended to family and friends who are also pleased with their great level of service.

I am a current tenant with Carter Jonas & have been impressed with the helpful & professional service from the team, the process and fees were explained clearly to us at the initial viewing and we moved in swiftly to a clean lovely home. Would recommend to anyone wanting to rent through a trustworthy agent in Cambridge!

Very unsatisfied with their service, dont expect a call back from this company if you made an offer or wanted to view a flat, they dont even know if the flats they listed on their website are still available or not, different people say different stuff about the same flat. Very unprofessional!!

Terrible customer service for tenants. Hidden fees everywhere, rude staff and contradictory emails that mean you spend weeks trying to figure out where you stand. If you're going to spend all that money renting in Cambridge, you might as well pay a decent estate agent and not Carter Jonas.
