I have had a brilliant service from Carter Jonas Team - Special thank you to David Sinclair for showing me my new home at a last minute request and amending my tenancy paperwork quickly, to Celine for liaising with referencing for a small hiccup, and Grace Wilson for her input throughout the process. There may have been some hiccups, part of the nature of moving, but they were very hands on and rapid acting to smooth out the process for me!

I have used the services of Carter Jonas in both Cambridge and Suffolk. They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not.
They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating.
I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.

A big thankyou to Carter Jonas as a whole but especially Lauren Howse , Leisa Jacson, Megan Roots and Eleanor Penny.
I am a first time renter here in UK. I move from Belgium to UK last summer and I found my current house via Carter Jonas and I could not be more surprised with how supportive the members of this company are especially Anton Frost ,Lauren Howse , Leisa Jacson, Megan Roots and Eleanor Penney who I am extremely grateful for as they have been there for me constantly to answer any questions or queries I have no matter how small or silly. They have given me constant attention ,support ,help and reassurance and I couldn’t be more thankful. I am absolutely over the moon with the service, support and help I have received from Carter Jonas as a whole. I will definitely be using Carter Jonas in the future and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know who needs help with finding a property with the help of such lovely members of staff and I do highly also recommend to work with Carter Jonas if you are moving from abroad.

My overall review of Carter Jonas isn’t wholly bad ( especially when comparing to other estate agents) but if Leo Goodman as bad at sales as he is as letting then I wouldn’t recommend buying a property from Leo. He clearly only cares about his own commission and doesn’t take the time to give prospective clients the information they need. Prior to me moving into a flat I rented from Carter Jonas, he asked if I wanted a chest of drawers left by the ex tenant and he said there were no laundry facilities in the flat and recommended I “ wash my clothes by hand”. As it turns out, the dresser belonged to the landlord ( so I had to painstakingly return it after moving) and the flat did in fact have a washer and dryer. - surely it wouldn’t have taken him more than a few minutes to enquire about laundry facilities rather than give an incorrect answer and make a ludicrous suggestion that I wash my clothes by hand. When reaching out to Leo to find a resolution for the chest of drawer incident, he showed no empathy and clearly didn’t care. When my flat was put on the market I had to continually probe and ask to be kept in the loop on viewings ( even though, per my contract, I should've been given 48 hours notice). We all make mistakes but this is the type of attitude that gives Estate agents a bad name.
