We have recently sold our house based in Beckwithshaw at Moor Park, challenging (at times) was an understatement. Alex Booth was consistent, professional, extremly informative, polite and always kept me updated with the impending sale, we reside overseas and at ALL times Alex kept me updated as we progressed with the sale, going over and above, carrying out non related tasks due to the property being empty and the family as eluded being overseas.
Yes we selected a highly recommended agent, but its not just the company, it is the individual that is tasked for and on behalf of the company to complete the SALE.
Out of 5*, without a doubt 10!

I have just sold my flat in Harrogate and can definitely recommend Alex. Alex has a friendly, approachable and very professional manner and was instrumental in keeping the process moving in what was not the most straightforward of sales. Alex kept me fully informed throughout the process, even continuing to keep me updated while he was ill with Covid, which was definitely beyond the call of duty!

I had the pleasure of working with Jess Iles as my agent, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her dedication and effort. From the very first house viewing, Jess was incredibly attentive and provided detailed information about the property. While treating all potential tenants fairly, she also made sure to give the landlord accurate feedback, which ultimately led to me being the lucky one to rent the home I loved.
Jess’s hard work didn’t stop there—she was equally efficient when it came to finalizing the contract and arranging for an electrician to inspect the house. Every interaction, whether via email or phone, was warm and genuine. I truly felt that Jess cared and wanted to help.

I have used the services of Carter Jonas in both Cambridge and Suffolk. They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not.
They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating.
I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.
