Throughout our long protracted sale Kate Richards was extremely professional, kind, persistent and caring. Having held a low opinion of estate agents for many years Kate has changed my mind having guided us through the very stressful process all the way. Always answering questions and always returning calls and always chasing whoever needed chasing, effectively. Should we ever chose to move again we will seek out Kate Richards and the team at Carter Jonas.

Highly recommend Louise Deakin! She has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our tenancy application. Hi I called to enquire a property. A guy picked up my call and was so rude to me. I just wanted to ask if the property include bills or it doesn’t, since it didn’t say in the description. He was really cold to me and said “is that all” I said yes thank you so much and immediately ended the call like wishing 0.2 seconds. He was straight up cold to me the whole time and dry. Didn’t ask if I wanted to enquire more that is similar.

Incredibly poor service. Book a viewing for a house, and given a future date (about 4 weeks later) that we could move in. Only to be latterly told that the date is the date that the owner is having an electric survey done, and we couldn't move in. And that the result of the survey may mean additional works need to be done. Resulting in even later access.
Obviously everyone want sot live in a safe house. SO WHY PUT IN ON THE MARKET AND ACCEPT MULTIPLE VIEWINGS, only to mess those viewers are for over a month.
Unprofessional, unapologetic, time wasting, fools. Avoid.

I have used the services of Carter Jonas in both Cambridge and Suffolk. They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not.
They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating.
I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.
