Carter Jonas manage the rental of my property and they do it fabulously. Over the years I have been with them they have really helped me with all aspects of my property from tenants to repairs to just general advice on renting. A specific thank you to Leisa Jackson who is first class sorting out any issues with the flat and similarly Naomi Blois who has done a great job in ensuring my flat is 100% occupied with great tenants. I feel I do not have to worry which is really important as I live overseas. Thank you to the Carter Jonas crew!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM!! They take holding deposits from everyone who go for a viewing. They say yes to everyone by saying “the landlord is happy to proceed with the application” after i provided them all my documents. They then take £379 as “holding deposit” to still keep the house on the market (i always thought the holding deposit is to keep the property OFF the market). After calling them multiple times, they are still refusing to give the holding fee back. The only nice person was the agent who showed us the property and i’m only giving the star for him.

As a buyer you understand the agent works for the seller not for you. That said Wayland and Leo were responsive and diligent throughout what is a challenging process to get everything squared away. Leo in particular is courteous and responsive and provided many contacts and advice on the buying side of things. I appreciate their efforts to get us over the line.
