Every step of the way in purchasing our dream home - Lisa was and is exceptional with not only dealing with the purchase side of the property but also with the sale side. The Conveyancing team, Right Choice Conveyancing, also expressed how professional Lisa was and did not over engage but only when required, a huge plus for the conveyancers. 5 stars + and wouldn't hesitate in using your services again should the need ever arise.

We chose to sell our home with Carter Jonas after appraisals from 3 local companies. They impressed us from the start with their proactive approach and speed to getting us on the market. The brochure and photos were professional and showed attention to detail. Ian Cattle’s team all took the time to get to know our property so they could speak knowledgeably to potential buyers. They were able to line up a number of viewings quickly, and it took less than a week to find our buyer.
They continued to be helpful and supportive through to completion, which was reassuring for steering us through something we do infrequently, and all in the middle of a pandemic!
We would highly recommend Ian and the team.

Excellent service from Ian and his team. Great local market knowledge , Buyer lined even before house is released to market. Great marketing and photography, diligent follow up with buyer and lawyers for a complex sale from initial viewing through to completion. Perfect !

Carter Jonas were the Estate agent for the property we were buying and they were far more helpful than the agents handling our property sale.They kept us informed of what was going on all along the chain and advised what the next steps would be.Highly recommended

We were buying and selling through Carter Jonas. For selling they came out promptly, knew the market and had good photos taken. We quickly had 9 viewers and Carter Jonas showed the people round the property. An offer was quickly made and accepted. There were a number of difficulties along the way but Lisa remained very positive and guided us through. When we viewed the house which we were purchasing we were told that an induction hob was fitted and a conversation about correct saucepans was had with the Carter Jonas rep. It wasn't until we moved in that we found that the hob was not induction which was a big disappointment. We have commented but it is not yet resolved. Overall we were pleased with the service we received from Carter Jonas.

We have used Carter Jonas for both the sale and purchase of properties in Northampton. On both occasions Carter Jonas (and Lisa in particular) have been outstanding. The company have a great knowledge of the local area, and Lisa was the most patient, supportive, understanding and proactive person you could wish to deal with.
We had some trying moments with our lender and Carter Jonas went the extra mile to help understand and resolve the issues.
All in all - top class. You will not be disappointed.

Food was below par, clearly not freshly cooked. Advertised as dog friendly, and is anything but. Some staff rude, others consciencly try not to be.

Would recommend Carter Jonas without hesitation. From initial visit Ian was very professional , honest and polite, very easy to do business with. It took some time to prepare our property for sale due to work commitments but we were never hassled or pressurised in any way. We had specific ideas on how we wanted our property to be marketed and Ian and Vanessa welcomed us to their offices to bring our ideas together and to life. We received a full asking price offer within 3 days of placing on the market. Thereafter the team especially Christine kept us well informed throughout keeping track of the chain and providing regular updates.
In the start we did consider using one of two internet based companies but listening to the experience of two neighbours chose Carter Jonas. Certainly no regrets, yes more expensive, but yes you do get what you pay for. A personal professional, honest and well informed service.

We chose Carter Jonas to sell our house based on their honest assessment of it's value and their opinion on how we should market it.
They listened really well to what we told them about the property, which with the pictures from their photographer really made the marketing stand out and we felt on viewings where we were present, that they knew the house and it wasn't just another box to them. My perception of the industry was that it was going to be a painful process, whichever agent we chose, but Ian, Lisa, Richard & Christine were just fantastic throughout the whole process and it really felt like they were batting on our team and genuinely cared. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I never expected to be writing a review for our agent, let alone a glowing one! Genuinely different & lovely people who didn't push us to sell low and worked really, really hard to get us through to completion on the sale.

Carter Jonas were the selling agent for our home, which we bought in January 2018. We found them to be very efficient. Communication with Lisa at Carter Jonas was honest, open and straightforward throughout, which made the negotiation and purchase processes so much easier and less stressful. We would have no hesitation in recommending Carter Jonas.

Our experience with Carter Jonas was extremely positive as buyers.
We were originally shown round the property by Richard Moss, who was professional in his approach, we liked the property so much we instantly put in an offer which was eventually accepted after several days of negotiation. The sale then went on for a number of months due to various issues in our chain, Richard took it on himself to replace the void in the chain left by our estate agent who had frustrated the solicitors / buyers in the chain and were therefore not responding, however they were more than happy to work with Richard due to his excellent approach to dealing with difficult people.
We just wanted to say thank you to you and your team (Particularly Richard) for managing the difficult circumstances and people in the chain so we were able to get the property we wanted, I'm pretty sure without Richards support we wouldn't have been in our new house and the sale would have fallen through.
We would definitely recommend using Carter Jonas for a very professional service with dedicated staff who go above and beyond.
