Castleman Estate Agents have been fabulous. Nick Richards was recommended to us by a very good friend and from the moment we met him we decided that he was the agent for us. We had invited another well known high street chain agent to visit our property but there was no comparison.
Nick and his team set up a WhatsApp group so that my husband and me were in touch with the entire team and process every step of the way, with notifications about viewings and feedback. The viewing appointments were also confirmed via email.
Nick hosted most of the viewings, we had a lot, and he would ring us with immediate feedback and then he, Beth or one of the team would contact those that had viewed for their feedback.
When we had the right buyer they chased solicitors on our behalf and got our sale over the line in just seven weeks, we were delighted, our thanks to you all.
We felt very well informed and supported throughout the process. I can highly recommend them as a team.
