We sold and bought through Dixon Kelley and what a year it’s been! Cannot fault Matt from Dixon, He sold our home twice over (sadly the first sale fell through!) but he managed to get another buyer not long after!
And not only that he found our next dream home which we couldn’t be more in love with. Matts communication was excellent- even on his days off he would always ping us a message with any updates. There’s so much I could say as the market is quite tough at the moment and it’s not an easy process, but if you want a team that’s reliable, trusting and honest then definitely go with Dixon Kelley and ask for Matt as your agent, out of other agents from other estate agents we felt that Matt was genuine and such a pleasure to have as an agent! We are very very happy.

Moving home can be very stressful but I must say buying my home through Dixon Kelley made the whole experience stress free. Matthew couldn't have done more to help me through the whole process. We instructed Dixon Kelley to sell our house on 23/3/23 and we found a buyer who subsequently pulled out 2days before exchange of contacts.
Mandie immediately put the property back on the market and we had offers from 2 of the viewings and we accepted one who then withdrew the offer.
The other buyer then agreed to continue with the purchase.
We then had a very bad survey but Mandie told us to get that subsidence was not present and told us not to worry.
Our insures confirmed that there was no subsidence but the buyers mortgage advisors could not get the building society to accept this.
We were then advised by Mandie to get a structural engineers report which we did and the report was eventually accepted by the buyers Buildig Society.
All the time while this was happening Mandie supported us with our Sale of our house she helped us with the purchase of a mobile home which we thought we would miss out on because of the length of time since we made an offer on it.but Mandiewas able to get it for us.
Mandie has been very supportive to us and we would definitely recommend her and Dixon Kelley to anyone who requires an estate agent in the Bournemouth ,Ringwood area.

Worse estate agent we have ever used ,very friendly to take on the sale but down hill after that,no feed back following a viewing unless asked for, staff at weekend had no knowledge what so ever about the property,one walked in without knocking and just stood there letting the people viewing to wander around on their own,no contact from Simon Kelly himself we didn’t seem to exist in his eyes,they gave incorrect information to a potential purchaser who wanted our property which resulted in us loosing the sale ....stay well clear.

Well what can I say other than excellent so far, Simon, Tracey and Mandy are lovely, friendly and professional . Simon took photo of my mums house on the Monday, they were online Tuesday, by mid afternoon he had 7 prospective buyers booked in over the next 4 days. Wednesday mid afternoon I rang re some paper work to be told Simon was still at the house and had 5 viewings not the two I was expecting, and by the way the first person wished to purchase at asking price. Who am I to argue.. Well done guys for selling mums house so quickly STC.

Understandably, the current pandemic makes it hard for transactions to move quickly but our issue here is the distinct lack of customer service. We have taken our business elsewhere today which is a shame for their vendor. When airing our complaint we received an abrupt 'one liner' response which makes us wish we hadnt waited for the last 3 months.
