They combine leg work, phone calls and knowing the local market with use of the Internet and Rightmove. They understand great communication and professionalism with clients and amongst the Hearnes team. And they have coffee that matches any of Ringwoods many coffee shops!! Thank you

Selling my mothers retirement flat wasn't easy but Woolley & Wallis were enthusiastic, professional, patient, friendly and always helpful. Thank you especially to Simon who was always willing to advise and update whenever I popped in or rang - and always with a smile. Also thanks to Nick. Genuine, hardworking and friendly. Would definitely recommend. All estate agents should be like this!

24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Irving and Sons are incredibly professional, always on the ball and working very hard to sell your property. I was impressed by them 11 years ago when they sold me a house, and I was even more impressed when I contracted them to sell it. I have mostly dealt with Nolan and Claire, who are both amazing, but every single member of staff and interaction I have had with them has been excellent. It is not often that you come across a company that offers such great service and experience. Highly recommend them!
9th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

30th Jun 2024 (27 days ago)I was recommended Nick by my neighbors, but unfortunately, I fell for the sales pitch of another estate agent, wasting six weeks before bringing Nick on. Immediately, Nick generated interest and booked multiple viewings (the initial estate agent, Woolley & Wallis, had achieved zero viewings in the previous six weeks). In a tough market, Nick managed to secure a buyer. Although it wasn’t perfect, I needed to complete the sale as soon as possible since I had taken a job in Edinburgh and already wasted time and money with the previous agent. Nick is a pleasure to deal with. He understands the market and manages expectations well. If you’re planning to sell in Ringwood / New Forest area, I couldn’t recommend Nick enough. He has a professional, no-nonsense approach and, most importantly, he gets the job done.
6th May 2024 (12 weeks ago)Poor experience! I had viewed a house which I was very interested in, unfortunately the estate agent wasn’t knowledgeable on the property and didn’t attempt to show us around. Myself and my partner were still keen on the property itself and put an offer in, we were then told there were a few others interested and to provide “best and final”. After providing a new offer, estate agents explained they would ring tomorrow if our offer was accepted. However we had to visit the estate agents to photocopy our IDs (a step which I knew could have been done over email) but pushed us and said our offer would be void if we didn’t attend. When we arrived at the estate agents, we were told to sit down with a mortgage advisor who asked us our deposit amounts, salary etc to try and sell mortgage products. He then followed up by asking us to email him our IDs- which could have been done without visiting the estate agents. The whole process was poor, and all they wanted was sales and to get us to buy “extras”. An hour after leaving the office, the estate agents told us we didn’t get the property as the other buyers ‘made more of an impression on the seller’. Very unprofessional and wasted our time for sales. I have been put off viewing houses listed with this estate agents.
30th Mar 2022 (2 years ago)Not very good. Not very proactive and little to no feedback. Would not recommend. They also need to get up to date with market trends and new techniques of selling properties. Left them and sold with another agent.

The way in which our property was marketed was superb and the communication at all stages was efficient. The personal touch when things were not going well kept our sanity intact.

I decided to come to see their reviews and I must admit I am not surprised. “Unpopular, unprofessional, arrogant, money grabbing, no replies, liars, cheats, scammers.” These words are gathered from their reviews. NOT dealing with these people seems like I have dodged a bullet really. What a relief. Phewwww!!!

Ben and his team provided us with great support throughout the sales process, and their extra gruntwork at the end really helped to get us over the line. We will definitely use them again.

His knowledge of the property and local area showed his in depth experience. Patrick then followed this up with efficient organisation, chasing things up and keeping all parts of a complex, changing chain moving along with ease. Patrick absorbed pressure off us when we were organising our wedding and on honeymoon. Overall very friendly, exceptional professionalism, highly organised and from a buyers point of view- a dream to deal with! Highly Recommend!
