I used Castles to sell my studio flat. They marketed it at the correct market value precisely. Whilst I had a few disappointments with a couple of buyers pulling out George and Bruno remained positive and supportive, convinced they could sell the flat, and they did. I’m delighted to have finally sold my flat and recommend Castles Tottenham very highly to anyone wishing to sell their property.

The advert generated lots of viewing and offers matched the asking price. My only complaint was having to chase updates when buyers were having difficulty raising the funds. Negotiation skills were good when buyers raised issues.
