I enquired about 1 property back in 2018 which I did not even view. Since then I have received a DAILY bombardment of useless spam messages despite asking REPEATEDLY to have my details removed from the mailing list. I have emailed Castles head office on a number of different occasions with ZERO acknowledgement of my request. The email links do not even have a 'unsubscribe' option so I have had no choice but to be HARRASSED by this company for the past 2 or so years. I will be making a complaint the the ICO.
Edit to add response to your shi**y reply: Firstly, the email address you keep spamming is not linked to my gmail account so no you wouldn’t be able to find me on your database based off of this review. Very happy with the service provided by Castle’s Estate Agents. I am very happy that I had Castles on my side to help with the emotional turbulence of the sale process. Bruno and George are genuine, enthusiastic and safe pair of hands. They are professional, provide excellent customer care and service, honest and transparent. I trusted their judgment, skill and experience. My property sold within 2-3 weeks of being listed. I put my property on the market during the first lockdown. Due to circumstances beyond of our control, the first sale failed. Their wealth of knowledge in this market enabled us to guide a 2nd sale to a successful completion. I received a top class service as they flexed their work practices to adhere to ever changing Government guidelines. I was relieved that Bruno was accessible and able to provide updates during the process. He also intervened during the process to progress matters, he cut through mis-communications and would chase various stakeholders to avoid further delays to the process.
During this turbulent time, I was thankful that Bruno and George were a steading hand. They were incredibly helpful with advice about sale, especially within the context of an uncertain market. So where to begin. To start Castles completely overvalued our property resulting in zero interest. We all want as much as we can get for our homes but a sense of realism is required to drum up interest.
2 viewings took place in the first week to Jewish investors who are never going to buy an overvalued property that cannot be developed further.
Since then we had no contact for about 8 weeks except from myself to Castles to lower the price quite dramatically to a more realistic value. No pro-active communication was received from them.
2 supposed further viewings were arranged but cancelled at very late notice. I say supposed because on both occasions no reschedule was requested. The most laughable part is they tried to claim Bruno was waiting outside our property but yet when he phoned 15 minutes late the number on our phone was an office number not a mobile (which you'd expect from someone outside of your property).
The quality of the photos taken (feedback received from a variety of sources) are of a poor standard and do no justice to our home.
To summarise we are very disappointed in their all round attitude, professionalism and even their local knowledge. Lazy, false promises and lies are our experience of Castles

DO NOT USE!! FAKE REVIEWS! Had an absolute nightmare with castles. Not only are the completely crooked they will lie and deceive both buyers and sellers. Offer was “accepted” only to later find out that we were being lined up behind other buyers.. seller had no idea who we were!! COMPLETELY ILLEGAL. In particular BRUNO is an absolute disgrace of a human being.

DO NOT USE! Experienced first hand one of those horror stories you only hope to hear about when trying to buy a flat with Bruno from castles. Offer accepted, and then fobbed off for 3 weeks whilst he courted cash and other buyers, finally resulting in lies to cover himself and myself losing the property and the vendor presumably having to accept a lower cash offer. Literally the reason why the property market is the way it is, with crooks like this. BUYERS BEWARE!

Having previously sold a property before, I was blown away by the stark contrast in service Castles were able to provide. The perception of Estate Agents to over promise and under deliver could not have been further from the truth. In my view Property Consultants and a head above the rest. I must give a special thank you to Bruno, who went above and beyond the call of duty to get to a completion date within 11 weeks of our property going on to the market with a chain of 4. Exceptional.

I'm not one to usually write reviews but I'm so grateful to George, and Castles, that I felt like I had to.
I work in the City and wanted an easy commute but was struggling to afford anything in Hackney. A colleague recommended Tottenham and Castles to me, and I'm so glad he did. I'm a first time buyer and was absolutely terrified about the buying process. George at Castles helped me at every step of the way, answering all of my (very, very silly) questions and advising me on each part of the process.

Bruno and George went above and beyond their call of duty in relation to the recent sale of my flat. It was a difficult process due to no fault of their own and they always were at the end of a phone or email quickly solving any problems that arose. George kept me updated on a weekly basis which I really appreciated.
I don't live local so if anything needed to be done in my absence George dealt with this for me and often at short notice. George kept me informed and in my opinion was worth every penny and were more helpful than my local solicitor. They understood the process and talked me through the various stages. Both effective communicators and professional at all times.

Really loving the image of the building from the outside. Just goes to show how the shops in West Green Road only require a touch of paint and glass to look as good as Inner city High Streets. It is a very nice road when you picture it painted better. I've discussed selling my house with Castles in the past and they were really helpful but to be honest I'd rather continue living in this area than sell.
