Definitely my favourite place to stay in Coventry. Smack in the city center, excellent and very responsive hosts. Always ready and willing to guarantee that guests have a wonderful stay. I’m honestly really surprised with all the positive reviews maybe these people got lucky , I got the worst experience I ever had with an agency especially one of the managers there mrs. Misina on of the worst and unhelpful customer advisers I’ve ever encountered. Next time i will book direct..apartment was a large one bedroom..spotless clean and the building was secure, alot better than expected, Solihull Town centre and supermarkets where all in walking distance Any questions where quickly answer, only things I would update are towels frayed and old, and more additional heating in the bedroom..we had a few cold nights -4 and the heater struggle to warm the bedroom.... I stayed at one of Coventry Home's City Centre apartments in the popular Priory Place complex next to the Cathedral Quarter. The decor is fresh and modern and all the mod cons are on hand and the entire property was spotlessly clean. Car parking is secure and onsite and the location is perfect and central for all the city has to offer be it bars and restaurants or historical attractions. Had great experience living here. This is my 2nd time reaching out to them, and for sure going to stay here in future whenever I am here. The location, facilities such as elevator, car parking, balcony and many more makes this place the perfect one. Coventry home has been very helpful through out my stay, before we checked in the flat was very cleaned. Also after a week or every 10days a team comes up to clean the flat. POOR MANAGEMENT! Flat in Solihull was booked by the company I work for, for 6 weeks the flat itself is beautiful, clean and close to amenities and train station is about a 6mins taxi away. Downfalls were noisy Saturday nights from parties going on in the neighbourhood until midnight, this went on every Saturday as well as loud music from “The Beech house pub” across the road. Poor management was the big issue! The cleaners were supposed to come every Friday to lightly clean, refresh linens and bring clean towels... this happened once during my 6 week stay! Disgusting I know! This I relayed to my company representative and they sent an email to Coventry home notifying them of this, all but to receive an email back stating that because the flat was booked through Airbnb it was classed as “self catering” nevertheless posters in the flat confirmed that cleaning was weekly. For six weeks I had no clean linens or spare set to even change myself if this was so called “Self catering”, didn’t get clean towels, had to buy my own toilet paper, it’s absurd. Still it gets worse. The bed was literally falling apart while I slept in it... the wooden slats that hold up the mattress were falling out and causing the mattress to sag and bow, this became somewhat uncomfortable the last few days staying there as it go progressively worse. Around the bath tub and in the grouting of the wall tiles there was mould growing which is a hygiene and health matter and also the shower head holder was broken... again if the cleaners came as they should’ve this could have been avoided. The kicker is the director Martin Rush contacted me out of the blue asking if he could come around for a “routine inspection” this was a bit weird but I thought this would be a great time to discuss the issues mentioned above. We arranged that he’d pop in on the Friday, I mentioned in a text with him that I might not be there and would the cleaners be coming but he never responded to that, I said regardless if I was there or not he could still do his inspection. He clearly never followed through with coming around to do so as he would’ve seen these issues and hopefully rectified them. Three days before I left the accommodation Martin Rush and a woman with a child turned up at the property unannounced knocking at the door. They said they were there to do an inspection, caught off guard and in a lounging mode I let them in, I pointed out these issues but all I got was a simple shrug and their comments were “ oh they’ll have to sort that out” after showing the bed situation Martin sighed and said that he would have to go and get tools to fix it... this sounded like a complete inconvenience for him so I said not to bother as three more days wouldn’t make a difference. The stay would have been wonderful if only this company knew how to better communicate with the people who stay at their properties. Surely because a corporate company is paying for these accommodations the people staying at the properties should get the same services. The funny thing is the house rules are endlessly posted all around the kitchen, bathroom and entrance hall yet they can’t even fulfil the services they have posted. Word of advice communicate and let people know what to expect, don’t leave them to wonder and get aggravated! Also don’t just turn up and invade people’s privacy without notice it’s not only extremely rude but its disrespectful and tardy.... Read more

It’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the day I booked my accommodation. Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. initial impression of this agency was very bad, thought that it might change over time but it did not change. My flatmate and I got transfer to an apartment we have never view before, as they apartment we originally wanted to rent was unavailable and not able to deliver to us on time, we did not get in form before hand and got transfer in to an unknown apartment with several broken furniture e.g. chair, floor, fridge, heaters . The agent promise to fix those broken if able but never took action. a really disappointing rental from coventry home.... Read more

Very bad experience. Very poor maintained apartments. Electric cooker failed - heavy sparks underneeth hob and blew fuses about 4 times. Director Martin Rush did not take any action due to fact that we had 3 young children's there (9mnts, 3.5yrs and 9.5yrs). He stated he's qualified electrician and cooker works fine. Gate fob failed and new one received 5 days later from maintanance guy named Yousuf (sorry if spelled wrong) who was very kind and solved problem within 10 minutes. Main bathroom electric towel radiator felt of the wall on my 9yrs old. She nearly got injured from sharp screws hanging off. Birds poo all over balcony - unable to use!!!. Cleaners take only 5mins to clean apartament by just putting detergent into toilets and flush water and emptying bins. No hoovering or mopping floor!!!. We also had personal towel that was taken away and never brought back. Kitchen furniture falling apart. Missing fittings or screws to hold together.... Read more

Staying at Coventry Home was the best start of my journey... I am staying here from past few weeks and can say that, the apartment is strategically located in the heart of Coventry. Near to Pools meadow bus station gives you the freedom to travel. Many shopping centres, grocery stores, banks, public parking and pubs are at walking distance makes this place more convenient. The apartment is clean, rooms are large, well lit and warm with lots of cupboards. The kitchen is fitted with all required white goods, so no need to worry about laundry or cooking. TV and WiFi is free. On top of all this the help and support provided by Mr. Martin and Mr.Rob is amazing. They answer to all your queries and help in anyways possible, be it week days or weekend. I highly recommend anyone visiting Coventry to inquire here before going to any hotels or Airbnb... Thank you Coventry Home (Mr. Martin, Mr. Rob and the staff)... Read more

The Location is super convenient for those working in Coventry. The bus stop is right out the door, food and restaurants are right down the corner and its a 2 minute walk to the town square and shopping. It has been blissful and classy a month's stay in Manor House, Leamington Spa, so far ,managed by Martin of Coventry Home.. He has been so positively responsive and been taking care of any kind of queries we have on our stay, though so far I have not faced any kind of issues. He is able to keep up my apartment at high standards in respect of hygiene and maintenance. My entire family was stayed in service apartment provided by Coventry Home for almost 15 days. We are very delighted as it is actually a Home away from Home, fully furnished 2 Bed service apartment with WiFi, very clean well maintain and all the appliance are in good condition and working well. I lived in 3 different apartments round spring 2016 coming here for a long business related stay. So right now I am still living in one of the apartments with a couple of month ahead. All apartments are fully equipped and suitable for when you only bring along your personal belongings. Kitchen, washer, bed and towels are all provided. Two of the apartments are in Warwick Ansell Way with a fairly new interior and are full of light thanks to the many windows. My current one is really amazing! Anyway, I still have some minor things to mention which could be approved to make the stay even more pleasant. In the bathroom the light is a little insufficient for shaving and a towel holder above the radiator would be awesome. The third apartment was in Leamington Spa and very central located.I guess that one was recently added to the assets since Kitchen, bathroom and living room seem newly renovated and make a good impression. Sad to see was that the quality of the work in the bathroom is a little disappointing when you consider that the applied material seems quite valuable. Also the old mangy sofa does not really fit into that new living room. The new bed on the other hand was the best of all 3. In total I have to say that they doing a good job! And I must admit that I am a neat and picky person. I met some of the service staff members and they were very supportive which is important when you come to place where all is new to you. After staying in a lovely apartment in leamington, I just want to share with you how safe I felt with the video intercom entrance. In the apartment the information folder told me everything I needed to know, the Broadband was super fast and overall fantastic value for money compared to other local hotels close by.
