Worst estate agent I have ever come across! The management fee is cheap for a reason .. there are much better high street agents who will price match their fees and will due a lot more due diligence before finding a tenant and will also take much more care for the management service. Their tenant has completely wrecked my property and upon investigating further it’s because the quarterly checks were not carried out. They could not provide me with proof of any due diligence which was carried out!

My property has suffered severe damage and I have lost out on significant rent, not to mention incurring legal fees. These are all a direct result of Hughes and Sons not performing the management agreement properly - bad vetting of the tenant, not keeping the correct paperwork when taking on the tenant, then cancelling the management contract without adhering to the two month cancel period, leaving me to deal with their mistakes. Won't even respond to my complaint.

Fantastic service!
I listed my property with Hughes and Son Estate agents last year after having listed it with two other estate agents. Sharron was fantastic and attentive. The photos and videos of the property were fantastic, they really captured how lovely it was. The property sold within a very short period of time, we encountered some issues with the first buyer and the property which resulted in it being relisted. Sharon worked non stop to find a new buyer which she did on the first set of viewings after it had been relisted. The property completed very quickly and Sharon kept in touch with me throughout the whole process.
I can not tell you how good and how much I recommend Hughes and Son. I actually referred them to a colleague who also sold through them and neighbours at my former property asked about who I sold with and I passed the details onto them to.
Not only is the office beautiful, but they take pride in making sure that the property advertisement and service given are second to none.

Huges and son estates have helped me surcure my new home Felizity a staff member was amazing and helpful and very professional..
Very fast at responding and keeping me updated on the process easy to get on with great people's person skills makes you feel at ease and very helpful and has the answers right away about the property.
Would Highley recommend huges and son estates staff are lovely and helpful.
