The Challenger Burgess team have been fantastic throughout our house sale. The initial visit to our home set their approach, talking us through the process in a clear and open manner. A fair fee was agreed. During our sale, there were challenges with a difficult solicitor within the chain. However Paula and Georgie went above and beyond to ensure the sale was achieved with the deadline. Would recommend to anyone selling in the Portishead area. Definitely five stars ??????????

I can’t recommend the team enough! They absolutely work their socks off. Without all of their help our purchase would never have gone through before our mortgage deal ended. If I ever move again then Challenger and Burgess will be the top of my list for selling my house.

What can I say? Paula's incredible. She's an honest, knowledgeable estate agent with integrity and kindness. I didn't end up selling with Paula, but it's not because I didn't want to. I went to her for advice and to look to move to her after months with another agent and getting nowhere. Within minutes of being with Paula I got straight talking facts and complete honesty about where she felt we needed to be in the current market. This ultimately resulted in us accepting an offer pretty soon after. Sadly though, with the other agent. I just want anyone selling in North Somerset to simply take a few minutes to speak to Paula, you'll know you want to use her, straight away. Trust me!

Challenger Burgess were truly amazing during the entire process. From valuation to completion they worked so hard and were personable and dedicated throughout. They are open and honest and helped us at every step even on parts of the chain that were not in their remit and physically moving out of our old house! It genuinely felt like all of the team, Paula, Georgie, Elia and Gemma had our best interests at heart and could not have done more for us. Could not recommend enough and a google review is the least we can do.

We had an excellent experience using Paula , Georgie and team. They went over and above what we would have expected from any estate agents. They dealt with us with integrity, and without any sales pressure. After an unsuccessful period with another company, Paula came in and understood the property fully in order to match it with targeted buyers. She sold our house within 3 weeks at almost 100% of our desired asking price. We were kept informed every step of the way by the marvellous Elia and they even found a removal company for our seller in order to progress the chain. Huge thanks to all the team for making a difficult move as stress-free as possible!

Paula, Georgie and the team have been superb throughout my purchase process. Their integrity is such that they have the difficult conversations when they need to be had, and they ensure they get the best outcome for all parties. They are brilliantly creative problem solvers when inevitable curve-balls appear during the conveyancing process. Even in the face of a sometimes fraught process, they all remain positive and super helpful, with excellent communication at all times.
