Terry, Tom & Martin at Hillyards have all been fantastic. The photos of our property were great as well as the amount of viewings. All emails and phone calls have been responded to within 24 hours.

Great service by Hillyards, and in particular Tom, who oversaw our sale. Setbacks further up the chain and challenges throughout, but Tom assisted where possible with sound advice as well as chasing on our behalf to try and get things over the line. Very happy with the service and effort by Hillyards.

Our experience with Hillyards has been very positive thus far (we have not yet reached completion). Hillyards is a local agent rather a national chain and the boss Terry had actually lived in our road at one time so knew the area incredibly well. He also had helpful insight into the way different nationalities approach house buying which was helpful given Aylesbury's mix. Martin one of the staff spent time getting just the right photos, even moving some items around. This meant our property was presented in the best possible way - achieved lots of interest, multiple viewings in a few days and asking price offers.
