After deciding to move to the area, I reached out to them after seeing a lovely flat to rent and after speaking with Jenny, she was able to arrange a viewing for me the same day. This year both me and my partner felt it was time to do the big jump and move in together. We found a property Layco had available on their website, due to demand we didn’t get the house however after speaking to the lovely Jennifer that day she took on board what we wanted and didn’t want and found our property we are currently in. Jennie has been fantastic! She has gone above and beyond and with this being our first rental it was all very new but she put us at ease straight away and explained everything in detail.
