I cannot rate this company highly enough. If you are thinking of selling or buying your property,definitely consider these guys first. Previously, we had a very bad experience with an online agent that had failed to sell our property. We were at a bit of a loss as to what to do and were recommended Kevin at Layco.
From the moment I first spoke with him, I knew we had made the right decision. His valuation, communication and honesty was so needed and appreciated.
Selling a property is not easy, but Layco definitely helped make it so much more manageable and understandable.

As a landlord, I have dealt with letting agents for many years. This small, new business is the best of them by far.
They are big enough to be efficient, competent and dynamic, whilst at the same time, small enough to be personal, friendly and flexible.

First encounter with Layco was to pop my head around the door to say I had a property that I wanted to rent out. I wasn't ready at that time but wanted to get an idea of independent letting agents costs-v-larger corporate companies. Layco were competitive with fees, Jennifer & Declen put themselves out with trade contacts, even though they had no guarantee of my business. I went back to them when a Ukrainian family needed a place to call home. Declen & Jennifer helped get everything in place to make this happen at speed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you want a more personal service and don't want to pay over the odds to a larger corporate firm.

Jennie is a dream to work with. She has helped me to let out 4 properties around Aylesbury in the last a few months. She has profound local knowledge and always predict the right rent price for the current market. Properties were rented out within a couple of weeks.
Jennie has got this ‘can do’ attitude which I appreciate a lot. She has never presented me a problem without multiple solutions. She is also knowledgeable about property maintenance, and her contacts in trade are very valuable. And she doesn’t know, she will do her research and come back to you. When I want to do some work but don’t know the right tradesman, Jennie is the first person I would turn to. Best of all, she knows that I manage my own properties, so all these extra services are free of charge!
Jennie is very accessible. Most of the time the phone calls are picked up instantly, messages are replied within minutes and emails are responded within a couple of hours.
I have been a landlord for quite a few years and I I have worked with many big names in real estate industry. No one has ever provided service as Jennie does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Layco to any landlord who wants reliable and personal service with a competitive price.

As a landlord I have always steered clear of using letting agents because of the costs involved. However, Layco Properties came highly recommended and they did not disappoint.
My point of contact was Jenni who made everything simple and straightforward. Their pricing structure was good value and transparent. Communication was amazing.
Jennifer's understanding of the local rental market was excellent and so was her strategy in how to market the property and at what price point. Within 10 days, tenants had been found, references checked, inventory arranged, gas safety certificate put in place - all done with a smile! Great service.

I would strongly recommend Layco Properties as since moving into a property in April 2020 and despite having a couple of niggles that needed sorting they have responded promptly and efficiently to each enquiry.
