I cannot understand how this estate agency can refuse to allow street view/map- or any map on Rightmove, and rarely has floor plans. For the serious house searcher they are to be avoided. And sellers should consider using an alternative estate agent. I would never look at a house on the market minus knowing its location, street etc and details of the floor plans. Very frustrating for the house buyer - which is what I am, and yet when I phoned them for help with the location of a property I was not helped. One star is too much - but nothing less is available!... Read more

Well, I have no argument with them - always been perfectly polite and helpful. I guess people get back what they put out. Nor do I see why charging for business leads,. if they do indeed do that, shows a lack of integrity - it's quite normal practice.
