We had originally met with another well-known estate agent in Dorchester, but after meeting Robbie from Connells we immediately changed our minds and did not regret our decision.
During the initial conversation regarding our sale, Robbie asked what was important to us. We discussed with Robbie that good/prompt communication and reliability was what we required and Robbie promised he would fulfil our requirements – a promise he kept throughout the entire process.

We were lucky enough to have Robbie as the agent for our house purchase, just outside Dorchester. Nothing was too much trouble for him - even personally chasing the Sellers for missing information/details. Connells sold my house with a few weeks of it being on the market for the asking price! Sam the branch manager is a brilliant salesman who goes above and beyond and is professional and friendly. I’ve dealt with him in the past for buying and selling and it’s been such good service I wouldn’t ever consider another agent!
